I am working from a new imac and have followed all the advice i can find to turn off this feature. It all says top left, click on turn centre stage off. There is nothing in top left and i have been through every setting and menu bar, as well as searching on zoom but cannot find anything on centre stage

There is no blur background option in my pc though virtual background works and i      have updated zoom on the latest version ...,,,   There is no blur background option .i have tried by uninstalling and again installing but there is no change  .....,,,       MY SINCERE REQUEST IS PLEASE SOLVE ME PROBLEM .

As the title says; after a call Zoom automatically opens the recordings folder in Finder and I would like to turn this behavior off, I can open the folder myself if I need it. A search brought up a supposed answer but the referenced setting does not appear to exist in the latest Zoom version. Thanks for your help!

I made this request 2-3 years ago and was summarily refused. This is such an easy code fix; I was truly disturbed by Zoom's response and total failure to understand what is really going on with average users out in the world. Feel free to keep the audio setup methodology that you already have...fine...I love being forced to remember the 3 or 4 steps it takes to get to the audio controls...but please add this "easy button". Along with (1) figuring out how to properly send meeting invitations and (2) meeting hosts to manage their screens, the #1 issue I experience in my use of zoom in multiple groups (over 15) is the simple failure of attendees to mute and unmute themselves and the time wasted with the silence, the additional time to figure out how to mute / unmute, and then even more time to restate whatever they were saying. I am used to share audio (Spotify music) from my computer with my clients. I also use a DJImic microphone for the sessions. This usually works great, also on the recording. Since the update (discovered yesterday in my case), this has totally changed. There is a lot of 'noise', the audio sharing option has moved and doesn't work properly. Some clients were able to hear music, others did not. The recording was also a disaster haha.Last resort I shared the link to my playlist. But also the normal audio was different as a mentioned. Someone else experienced this? 

One of our execs is asking me for the following data: Total hours spent in Zoom meetings in 2024 (I tried the "Daily" report under "Usage," but it shows "Total Participant Minutes" which is time spent by ALL users in every meeting. She just wants the total amount of time for all meetings)The "biggest" Zoom day in 2024 (the day with the most amount of total time spent in Zoom meetings).Is it possible to get that information? Thank you!

Why I did not receive a meeting summary although the AI summary is activated? 

I have just added a second Zoom account to begin scheduling meetings between 2 executives. However, I can't log in to both at the same time if needed. Is there any way to connect them? Other suggestions for managing 2 separate accounts without logging off and on each time? Thanks. 

Morning everybody! I have been using Zoom for a couple of years and lately most calls keep breaking up. As this has persisted, in the middle of the call I switch to Google Meet to see if the problems lies in my connection but the call in Meet is just perfect.I would really appreciate if you could help me here as I find Zoom an excellent tool and would love to continue using it.Thanks in advanceNatalia

The latest zoom update on Ubuntu seems to be broken. None of the buttons on the UI like screen share, invite participants, chat etc seem to work! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it via the Ubuntu App store as well as via the deb package. Could you please look into it? The app is unuseable.

Allow The Recording Feature To Be Used By All Attendees Automatically  I never receive recordings of meetings that I attend.  A simple fix would be to enable attendees to record the Zoom meetings.

Hello I'm looking for something that could be similar to other apps .  Image/Resolution/Audio quality are my concerns. This is a Solitary 'Interview' project.  I understand others are FREE but I'm willing to buy a temporary Zoom Plan for this particular interview for ease of use and compatibility between an Apple Platform and Windows 10 Pro. However, (as I understand it), using Zoom, a conversation between two people only is still called a group chat and is LIMITED to 40 Mins., (no matter the Plan). Correct? This interview can easily last 2 hours. So after every 40 minute session one must RESTART - Correct? As for recording the session, I'll be using my Screen Recorder App. Any ideas, questions or suggestions are appreciated.  Thank You

I was in important meeting for my last exam, but then i dont know that pressing convert button gonna trim the actual meeting, and i lost some important scene. Please help me, how i can recover this?? i dont have cloud saves, i just have local recordings 

I am trying to get logged into the Zoom desktop app.  My company uses SSO via google.  When I open the desktop app, I click "keep me signed in" then click the Google icon.   Then I choose my account and log in.  That brings me to the Zoom website in Chrome.  I do not get redirected back to the desktop app.   If I go back to the app, I am not logged in there.  Am I doing something wrong?   My last company had same setup with google SSO, and it was so nice having the zoom app. My current company does have some  Trend micro security stuff installed on my machine. I also tried the Chrome extension, and same thing happens.  I go through the SSO login, but that doesn't change the extension, which still thinks I am not logged in. Mac OS Big Sur, 11.6.2

Hello all,I accidentally signed out of my Zoom desktop, which was linked to my University account. Now, I can't log back in. I can access the account on the web, so I still have access to all of my whiteboards for my classes and students. When I try to log into the desktop app, it just says account information is incorrect, even though it is the same as the account information I use to log into the web version.  Is there a workaround? I know my uni has set up the lame "get a text to verify" thing, but if my computer is being recognized for 30 days, surely it would still work to allow me to sign into the Desktop version. Thanks in advance.

I am a Mac User. Today the Timer App stopped working. I get a black screen when I click on the Timer App.  I have already uninstalled and installed my Zoom App, I have also done the same with the Timer App. I have also updated my Zoom, still the problem persists. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Twice I've set up a meeting for friends far and wide to catch up. Yesterday the meeting time was 1:00 pm  I logged in and started the meeting about 12:50 pm. My participants had the invitation. When they clicked the link they get "host is in another meeting and they can't join. What am I dong wrong? 

I recorded an important ~2-hour interview using Zoom on my MacBook. After recording, I clicked to convert the recording. As it was almost done, I accidentally closed the room, which triggered another conversion window.After the conversion finished, I found both the audio and video files saved locally. Both are the full length (~2 hours), but they become corrupted at minute 25 (audio) and minute 27 (video), the video/audio either freezes or becomes unplayable beyond that point.In the folder, I also found a "recording.conf" file, but no other files. I have 32GB available of local storage, so it cannot be storage problem.  Is there a way to repair or re-convert the original recording? Can the "recording.conf" file help?  Any advice would be

My org has been having some issues with older versions of Zoom that were pushed out via Intune. Our RMM software (NinjaOne) has been indicating patches for nearly 100 different machines for a while, and they're all in various states of "don't wanna."  I've done some investigating, and honestly, kind of stuck. A lot of these older versions were installed to roaming profiles, even with the MSI deployment package. Worse still, uninstalling the software has become a massive pain. The only option we seem to have is manually deleting the files, and searching the registry for entires. The problem I'm running in to is actually getting the registry in to a clean enough state that it'll actually install. I've spent 2-3 hours going through the registry of one computer just trying to clean it as much as I can. Nothing has worked up to this point. Running Cleanzoom doesn't do aynthing, and fires errors when it starts looking in to roaming profiles. Tryi

Hello! I have the following problem! I can't open a Canva presentation in Safari during a Zoom meeting. It works in Chrome, but when I switch to presentation mode (with comments), only I see the changing slides; the viewers stay on slide 1. What can I do? Thanks for your reply!
