there is no blur background option in my pc though virtual background works

I had faced a similar problem during an online meeting for water main break repair. However, after upgrading, the problem was resolved. It's possible that your system requirements are incompatible, or that you're running an old version of Windows.

I usually use zoom for wazoodle fabrics but have the same issue of not having a blur background. I think zoom should put this option in their upcoming update version.

I've the blur option with ALL the apps in my PC-windows 11 i3 12 gen-8 cores, Teams, Meet, Skype...just with Zoom it doesn't work. And it is not a hardware issue...If you guys cannot solve this issue, I shifted all my conference calls to the other apps. Let me know when you solve it. Thanks

I have a Intel Coffee Lake with 6 cores and 12 logic processors, 32 GB RAM, NVMe storage and I can't enable blur background in Zoom. So there is some problem in the PC capabilities detector algorithm.
