I followed all the steps to create the app in zoom marketplace using JSON Web Tokens (JWT) but it doesn't work there is a problem.   What solutions and alternatives do they give me?

He opens this link and afterwards the following error message appears:"Action not allowed: This data is protected by your organisation. You must log in to the app with your account "...." to access the data. If you are already logged in with "...." contact your IT administrator.We have set the following via InTune:Zomm for InTune released via the VPP for the client.Assigned the app to all devices and this app is also installedApproved the app as an enterprise app in the Azure Portal as a global administrator.Approved the app in the Protection Policy.Can you perhaps give me some tips on what I need to configure, although everything fits according to the documentation.Thank you very much.GreetingsMarkus

I have a zoom meeting already scheduled and in progress. I see apps on my control bar as the host but none of the participants see it on their control bar. They all have zoom downloaded and have updated to the latest version.. any ideas? thanks!

Otter.ai accessed a work meeting without my consent. I deleted the program and account entirely, but not before it set up a separate profile in my name and emailed everyone at the meeting that I was recording the meeting. Curious if anyone else has had this problem with Otter and what Zoom is doing about it.

Is anyone facing the same issue with Zoom. It is too invasive via the AI, Fireflies and other AI applications. I have tried customer support to no avail. It also wants to take over my calendar, I use Outlook, I don't need another calendar. I am frustrated and moving my company to Teams, there is no support from the Zoom team.   

Hello dear communityI need an overlay for my online gym that shows both the times and the exercises. I have been using intervalcam and fit2live for the last two years. Both no longer work with the new Mac software updates. Does anyone have a solution - maybe even one from Zoom directly? I hope that there won't be problems with every Mac update.Thank you very much. I am trying to set up auto-recording for specific meetings when I create them. I use "auto_recording": "cloud" to enable automatic recording and "auto_recording": "none" to disable it for individual meetings. However, the meetings do not auto-record as expected. It seems that regardless of the meeting-specific settings, auto-recording is always enabled when the account-wide auto-recording setting is turned on, and always disabled when the account-wide setting is off.

In Eventbrite this error message comes up an issue occurred while trying to fetch users. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please attempt to reconnect. Zoom suggests to go to the Zoom Marketplace and delete Eventbrite and ADD it back again. Zoom Marketplace won't let me ADD Eventbrite, so the error message continues in Eventbrite and so I cannot post my event with the Zoom link. HELP!

We are unable to launch Kahoot as Host from webinar/meeting from zoom account which is on Workplace Pro plan. It asks to login and then just keeps spinning saying "Log in to your Kahoot! account in your web browser. If the web browser doesn’t open, try thislink.". This link take to marketplace.zoom link and shows Launch zoom page again.  We are logged into our Kahoot account from same browser.  We are stuck for two days now. Please help.

I have a user who works one day a week in the office and the rest of the week she works from home.  She is a Hubspot user and has Workplace subscription for Zoom.  We moved from Salesforce to Hubspot in February of this year.  We installed and deployed the Zoom Phone for Hubspot app so that our reps could make and receive calls from within the Hubspot browser.   Everything worked great for about 8 months, and then two weeks ago, the forementioned user noticed a problem where none of the calls she makes or receives are being automatically logged in Hubspot - not on the contact nor the company objects.  In fact, the calls are not showing up in Hubspot at all (even though she was making the calls via Zoom Phone for Hubspot integration.  Fortunately, we still had the call log in Zoom, so she could go back and manually log the calls, but that was not a real long-term solution.  We updated her apps and reconfigured her call settin

We recently received an approval for our new zoom marketplace app that is a bot for zoom meetings. The app is called e-chai meeting bot (from EnterpriseChai Inc). It was approved as an unlisted app.The product has a workflow that allows setting up a zoom user to authorize this app when the user wants to use this app for the zoom meetings. We are using recall.ai APIs that uses Zoom SDK to add the bot and connect our application the meeting streams. I keep waiting but the bot does not join. In the recall logs, I see the following error - that is the only thing I know. otherwise in my zoom account, I see that the app is there and healthy, but for some reason it is not joining my meeting (the meetings I setup).Really need help to troubleshoot this issue.
