i cant find the right place to put this question to. Why are my automated Mails after my Event not sending? The "recording available" and "thanks for your participation" mails are not sending after a finished event. i can even not trigger them manual. They wont send. Event ID: A4umXLqcRdOOnKNd_9bJwA We pay a lot of money for your product, do not have live support? and this is the THIRD TIME! this happens!

This is a recent development -- When I send invitations to a Zoom meeting via Apple's mail program, no one receives the invite. I set up the meeting, then copy the invitation link. I start the Apple mail program, select recipients, then paste the link into the body of the mail. When I send it, literally no one receives it, although the mail program confirms that it has been sent. I'm not sure if this is a mail problem or a Zoom link issue. Does anyone have any suggestions for resolution?

Sending the Zoom meeting via iCal and none of the invited participants (their emails) are receiving the invitation.  

Hallo,     I am new on Zoom and I download and installed "Zoom Workplace".I register myself with my Hotmail e-mail but when I try to perform the action to "Connect to my Calendar" then my e-mail is denied because it is a personal e-mail.Is Zoom only available for business ?orhow can I register my Hotmail e-mail account to enable the connection to my Outlook?  

I want to use send any email from zoom use my official name and email address instead of zoom default email address [no-reply @ zoom.us].How to setup this with my zoom account

Currently getting an "Add-on error" message when launching Zoom for Google Workspace. (Was previously working but this error began displaying a short while ago.) Other users report the same error in their accounts.

I'm getting this message when I click on Add a Zoom meeting in an Outlook calendar: "featureId or user is empty, featureId:GroupHD_1080P Dismiss" Why am I getting this message?   How do I get past this?

Hello,Starting about 2 or 3 weeks ago, any email I send from my work email (small business; use godaddy) with my zoom link in it doesn't go through, nor do calendar invites from my google calendar. But if I put the zoom link in my gmail or my yahoo email, it works fine. What could be causing this?

Zoom automatically creates a calendar event on my phone, (orange), but the rest of my team can't see it, (blue). How can I adjust this settings so they are automatically included in the calendar event?

I use Eudora as my email local app. In past versions of Zoom, I could interface with Eudora and send out meeting invites, etc. This does not work any more. Instead it keeps trying to launch Outlook, which we will never use. How can I regain the use of Eudora as the preferred email app. Thanks for the input...

Hi, I tried following instructions but it seems not to work.  I still receive Zoom reminders for unrelated events in my Outlook calendar.

I try to change my email but I no longer have access to the old email. Can you help me override or have the code send to the new email address? I start a ticket but no one reply me. Please let me know what I need to do. I do not need the advise of contact agent or support because I did and they do nothing to help. Thank you.

In the previous version of Zoom, when I scheduled a meeting in the Zoom desktop app, a new Google Calendar tab would automatically open in my browser (Firefox) and I could then invite guests to the event. This seems to have stopped working. Zoom and Google Calendar are connected and are syncing, it's only the streamlined operation of the opening of a new Google Calendar tab when scheduling a new Zoom meeting that's stopped. Does anyone have any ideas?
