Hi,  I want to be able to select a specific sender email when sending an invitation. As a consultant, I get a mailbox with the client's company domain. So I can send emails on behalf of my clients.When I schedule a meeting and invite the client's partners, the email is sent from my company's email address, which is not good.So, I want to send the invitation through the mailbox my client's company gave me. For example, if my company email is ***********. Now, all the invitations are sent through *********** via Zoom.However, I have several other emails from different clients. For example, ***********, zk@client2.com.So, I want to send the invitation through

I am using the Zoom workplace app on iOS with a paid subscription, both updated to latest versions. I have three related issues, all related to how hard it is to add attendees to zoom events in the scheduler. 1. when I try to email an invite, I have to manually enter the addressee, despite having contacts and having emailed the same addresses before. 2. Most important: the send button on the “add attendee” email is greyed out, and nothing I do can make it become operational. I use the Gmail app on my phone and don’t have the Apple mail app. Is this the issue? This issue means I can’t send invites from the Zoom app on my phone, which is where I need to do it from. 3. as a last resort, I copy the invite so I can paste it into an email in gmail, but it loses its formatting and becomes a wall of text.  undoing that is tedious and time consuming. Can anyone help? Hi all,The IT department where I work set up our Zoom desktops so that we don't have to have a security setting in order to create meetings (waiting room/passcode etc).  Suddenly the Zoom Outlook plug in is no longer syncing with the settings put in place by our security team, and I can't figure out why.  Imagine my embarrassment when my boss calls me during his meeting to let me know that nobody can join until the host lets them in, me, and I'm not even supposed to be in the meeting.   I also cannot find where to uninstall the plug-in.  Instructions say to go to the apps in settings on my computer and delete the Outlook Zoom plug in there, but it isn't there.  Anyone else have this issue?? 

Hi,   I do have a very curious problem with my Zoom client along with MS Outlook: 1. Whenever I do start Zoom, Outlook is started as well 2. When I then stop Outlook (and Zoom is running in tray) Outlook is restarting after about 10-20 minutes by itself 3. When I stop Outlook (and Zoom is running in tray) I can start Outlook by clicking on "Meetings" at the top bar in Zoom   To be honest, this is really annoying as I do use another email client and I cannot uninstall Outlook due to my company constraints. Is the above behavior actually intended?   What I have done so far: - Reinstalled both Zoom and Outlook - Reinstalled Zoom Outlook plugin - disabled Outlook Integration in Zoom settings   Some evironment stuff: - Windows 11 64-Bit Build 22621 - Zoom 5.17.11 - MS Office Professional 16.0.10408.20002   Thank you in advance

I tried to send out Zoom invites to several folks in our group via my gmail. All 30 bounced back with error message undeliverable. I’m shut out of sending but can receive emails

Will the Zoom calendar ever sync and connect to on-prem Exchange in the future soon? Right now it only supports o365 and Google. Although these 2 are nice, Exchange would be nice as well since your contacts and calendar sync already works with onprem Exchange.

When I am preparing an email and I include an addressee, the spinning wheel turns on and never goes away. When I hit send I get "Cannot send email (Error code 103, 10004)" I cannot find any references to those error codes in the help information. It is definitely not an Internet connection issue and I've had no difficulties sending and receiving to all my other email accounts. Is this a configuration error? If so, I am unsure where in the mail settings I need to make changes. Thanks!

Hi,  My team created an event for our weekly team meeting through Zoom (connected to Google Cal). Yesterday we added a new employee, and we all received 30+ emails about the meeting (one email per week until 2025). How can we stop this? We only want to have 1 email be sent with the updated employee and not have to receive a million emails for the recurring events.  Thanks in advance

We added new licensed users for our Zoom Pro account and has completed the recommended Zoom and Calendar integration set-ups, but his status has not updated. He is not appearing on the official Zoom account list and cannot be set as the main host for meetings via Google calendar. How do we update their accounts?

Whenever I try to add a zoom meeting to an invite, it wants to email me a verification.  Problem is that I’m in my email program (Outlook) have a new invite window open.  If I close that to go look at the verification email, I have to start over again, which requires a new code from email.  Endless loop of pain and frustration.  It renders the integration useless.  Can the verification be shut off?  Also, I’m a “pro” user, and can’t get technical support?  What!?!?!?  

Hi, I used to take my zoom calls through samsung galaxy fold 5 as my Microsoft 365 calender(Company) integrated with zoom.Today onwards Calender stopped syncing and it is showing calender is disconnected. I reconnected the calender with company credential at end it is given message that request access to adminstrator. once I did that , I got messge "Request for access to Zoom received" on official email. There is no clarity on which adminstrator it went in for approval.Now I am unable to access my zoom calls from my mobile zoom app. I have latest zoom app download on my mobile. Also through desktop I did the same process as described above with same result. Due to the unnecessary addition of authentication issue , zoom is now unusable through mobile. Let me know if there is any resolution.

We currently use the Zoom integrated app for outlook so that users can create Zoom meetings on their IOS devices. However when they attempt to sign in some users get a white screen after signing into the 365 SSO page.  I can't recreate this on a test device i have. SSO works fine otherwise. I can sign in via SSO on desktop apps, my test iPad, and on the website. Has anyone ever seen an issue like this?

Hello I have been using my work email address with Alma for the Pro zoom account for the past few years.  However, Alma stopped offering the Pro zoom account as part of their membership services so as a result they have updated my zoom account to the free / basic version.     Since Alma still has my work email address tied to the free / basic zoom account, I created a new pro zoom account with my personal email address.  I would like to have my business email address get connected to the Pro zoom account but I am not able to do that on my own because that work email address is already in use with my free zoom account.  Do I just delete my free zoom account so that my work email is freed up to then be added to my pro zoom account?   Thank you,

All of a sudden my old reliable Zoom account became "Zoom Workplace" and my emails are listed and I'm getting very annoying pop-ups every time I receive an email (all day!!!) which I can't turn off.  How do I detach Zoom from my emails and how do I stop the pop-ups?

With the July 2024 update, the calendar view on the right hand side of the window is constant and I'm not seeing a way to remove this. Anyone know how to remove/disable this from the view? 

I have a new computer.  I uploaded Zoom, signed on to my account and set up a meeting to test everything was working.  My Zoom account uses my Outlook email.   I copied the invitation, and went the Default, adding my Outlook email to send it.  The error 0x8004005 popped up.  I tried it again, same error message.    I searched for fixes online but none of them worked.  I also sent a message to Zoom.  Zoom immediately closed my case without any explanation.  How do I invite participants to a Zoom meeting using my Outlook account?

I want to turn off any email notification saying that atttendees accepted or declined my zoom meetings - how can I do that?

I find it obnoxious that Zoom has access to my email. My calendar yes, that I understand. But my email, no way. None of their business.How can I limit Zoom's access to my calendar ONLY?Thanks.

Hello,Wondering if there's a workaround to use zoom scheduling and automated email reminders (with zoom link for scheduled calls) for Apple iCal. I don't like Google calendar and don't have Microsoft stuff. It seems like an easy solution--is there a reason Zoom doesn't offer this service or is there a way to set things up for iCal and i just don't know it?

I am using a 2022 13" M2 MacBook Pro, Sonoma 14.1.2 and the Xfinity email app (browser version).   I can accept an invitation from and iOS device (MacBook, iPhone 15 or iPad Air Gen 5) and it appears on my Apple Calendar, but invitation acceptances/declines are not being sent to the meeting organizer.   How do I fix this?   Spoke with Apple Tech Support and they had no resolution.

My zoom account still uses my soon to expire email account to send out my invites. How can I change this to my new outlook email account? I did install the outlook app but now I need to update the actual email account it is sending from.
