I use Acuity for my scheduling and it is integrated with Zoom.  While the appointment shows up on my google calendar and acuity calendar, when I open up Zoom it says I have no meetings.  It also gave me a message that I had to connect my calendar, which is weird b/c this used to work fine, and then it made me create a Zoom mail account.  When I then tried to also link my google calendar, (thinking this might help), it said it was not available.  I have no idea what to do.   I am using Zoom workplace.  Any support here would be gratefully appreciated.  

How do I allow zoom to access my outlook calendar but NOT MY EMAIL.  I don't know how my email was hijacked but it doesnt' need to go in to Zoom.  I want calendar accessible NOT EMAIL 

Something strange is going on with invites hoping someone can help Usually, set up meeting in zoom, it goes into apple calender and I add the emails to invite under invites, hit send and people receive invites. Recently people say they havent recieved invites, Ive tried test to my own email addresses and same issue.Any ideas ? 

None to see with the location but ultimately zoom verification codes never arrive to my outlook account, I am trying to do an account for a future languages learning academy and need to make tests as well. Any solution?

EDIT: Zoom Support has confirmed Engineering has identified the root cause of this issue and is working on a fix. I am looking to create an automated process (without having to use Zapier) where:1. User receives an email to sign-up for a meeting. 2. User clicks on the CTA, which brings them to a landing page. 3. User signs up for meeting and hits submit, which brings them to a Zoom link. 4. User can then add meeting to their calendar, whether it is Google, Apple or Outlook.   Is there an easy way to set this up to make it low friction for the user and ensure an easy addition to their calendar?

Is it possible to share my Zoom calendar with another Zoom user, in the same account, without having an external calendar? 

When I deploy the Zoom Outlook Add-In with the default settings, it appears at the last group in the Outlook ribbon, on the far right.  Is it possible to deploy it at a custom position in the Outlook ribbon?

How come nowadays when I create a meeting I don't get an invite that I can paste into email and send to another person? Instead I'm directed to Google calendar. This is useless to me and provides no copy and paste option.

The recent update on May 19 completely took away the ability to choose which external calendar to export meetings to. I'm signed into Zoom through Gmail since Zoom doesn't support personal Outlook accounts (I no longer have an organization account), but my familiarity is with Outlook calendar and everyone I'm still working with is using Outlook calendar, which makes it easier for me to just create a Zoom meeting, select the Other calendars > Outlook option, and then use that to send the invite through my 'personal' Outlook account.But the recent update removed that feature and now forces me to ONLY use Google Calendar. I DO NOT WANT TO BE SENDING MY MEETING INVITES THROUGH MY GMAIL ACCOUNT, because it's strictly personal--the Outlook account is "personal" but is really my work account, I just do not have an organizational account anymore. Getting this error (title) every time my client tries to schedule a meeting via Outlook. Anyone encounter this error before and know how to fix?

Since subscribing to my Workplace Pro plan, I've been experiencing persistent issues with my Zoom desktop app. I'm unable to connect to the calendar or create scheduled meetings, consistently receiving Error code 100000404 and a warning: "Your calendar couldn't sync. Meeting and calendar services are temporarily busy. Refresh or try again later." I've already tried clearing the Zoom cache, updating the app, and even uninstalling and reinstalling it, but nothing has resolved the problem. I don't believe it's a network issue, as my other Zoom account on the same app works perfectly fine. I've also reached out to Zoom support, but I haven't received a response.

I am repeatedly receiving unsolicited emails inviting me to join meetings and automatically entering the meetings on my Outlook calendar.  These are from persons or companies I haven't heard of, or are from zoom for their training meetings.  I haven't been able to find any way to stop this.  I am so tired of regularly having to remove these meeting from my calendar and there is no option to unsubscribe from the zoom emails.  Please help.  Thank you.

I don't have gmail (free nor paid) or o365 (free nor paid). I have a zoom account, but use it for a variety of emails and calendars.  I have several emails and calendars due to different clients.   How can I change my settings so I can toggle between various client calendars and therefore emails (when I send invites)

This last update vanished the option of selecting "advanced options" then  selecting a different external calendar.  My Zoom account is set up for Google Calendar.  But I would add this additional option, and a iCal option would be selected, so it would add a iCal entity to my Mac Calendar.Now it vanished?  Any idea where it is or how I can get it back?

I have connected my google calendar with zoom. Now I always get notifications from zoom about events and tasks that are not zoom-meetings. This is really annoying because I'm using a productivity tool that manages tasks dynamically. I constantly receive unnecessary and unwanted notifications from zoom about my tasks.How can I disable this or limit it so that I am only informed about zoom meetings?Thanks.

I am frustrated that the new Zoom look has removed recurring meetings (or at least all my former ones). And now instead of presenting me with upcoming and recurring meetings, I get my Outlook calendar. I have Outlook - I don't need Zoom to inform me when my dental appointment is and to "helpfully" be sure I know that it is "not a Zoom meeting." All these apps start great, then go downhill when they think they need to be the center of our universe. Integrate will with other apps like calendars, but don't duplicate them. I'm glad we are on MS Teams so I only have to use Zoom on occasion - very clunky and not user friendly compared to what it was a couple years ago.

Hi all! I've connected Zoom with Google Calendar. I have a handful of calendars, multiple of which may have Zoom events. However only my primary calendar events will show in the right-panel/agenda view on Zoom desktop. I can't upload images to show what I'm talking about so I'll do my best to describe it. From the Calendar tab in Zoom, I can see there are multiple calendars from Google sync-ing over. I have multiple events with Zoom links today spanning multiple of those Google calendars. However only the events on my primary calendar show in the right-panel that lists out the events (It's like an agenda view for today. It has a beach umbrella icon if there's nothing.) My primary calendar is my work calendar, so I see work Zoom events. But my secondary calendar is personal, which may still have Zoom links. Those aren't showing up in that agenda panel. My question is - is there a setting with Zoom or something I can do differently with how I mana
