We noticed a new layout for the event listing page - the events are now squares on the page. But we have lost the meeting time display. Is there a setting to display meeting time in the event listing page aside from Meeting name and date? Thanks!

I recently changed my sign-in email on my account.  It was confirmed and the new email is now active.  When I create a new event the host email address that shows up on the invite is still the old address.  I want it to be the new email address.  Is there somewhere else I must change this?

I have created a Zoom Event. There are two ticket types- in person and virtual (both free). Attendees have already registered. The main meeting sessions are plenary sessions and have been added to the agenda- everyone is invited to those. There are about 8 smaller meetings happening over two days that I am adding now (four concurrently one morning before the main meeting and four the next) that not everyone is invited to. I thought I knew how to do this- I created the meeting in Zoom, clicked hide from agenda (or whatever that setting actually reads), and then looked for a Zoom link to send to the virtual attendees so they can join. There is no link though, and I can't tell what happens to the session if it's hidden from the agenda. Obviously I can still see it on the back end, but how do people join it if they can't see it? Hi, I'm trying to work out or find a workflow with end user screenshots that depict the user journey from entering your event hub, clicking on an event registering and purchasing a ticket through to entering the lobby, joining the session and doing a post survey.  What I want to see is how when I configure the hub and events and change various settings how it changes/impacts what the user sees and experiences. My natural logic tells me that when I click on the event, I can see what the event is about, who is speaking, what ticket options there are with pricing and then click on a ticket which will then allow me to register and pay.  However it does not appear to "flow" and Look like this.    

When I install Zoom on a computer, I have to reinstall it for each user. How can I install Zoom for all users?

Hallo zusammen, bei unseren Zoom Events sind die Speaker häufig im Chat als reguläre Teilnehmer aufgetaucht, obwohl ihre E-Mail-Adresse korrekt unter "Sprecher" hinterlegt waren. Woran könnte das liegen und wie lässt sich dieses Problem vermeiden? Die "Sprecher" sollten eigentlich als Sprecher gekennzeichnet sein, hatten jedoch die gleichen Rechte wie normale Teilnehmer. Are the maps available on the web version if you are in-person mode?  I see them in the app, but not in the web version.  It would be nice for attendees to be able to see the maps if they join on their computer before the event but download the app.  Any suggestions?

I would like to know if its possible to draw a report on a question I asked when people had to register. I asked " would you like to be informed on furture events" the registerion report that I draw does give me the answer but the format is terrible, its a CVS format which makes it impossible to sort.   

Hello,  We have dozens of people who are registering for an online meeting who have somehow bypassed one of the required custom questions.  When we generate a report, it shows 'No response', which isn't one of the answer choices.  My colleague and I both have tried registering and it will not let us confirm and register without answering this question.  Does anyone know what's happening and how to quickly fix it?

Is there a way to create coupon codes for zoom events?

I have beens struggling for years to untangle this issue.  Would love any insight.  We have a facilitator that is streaming in via zoom.  We are able to put the video on a projector and send her voice from zoom into the mixing board and out to the speakers in the venue where we are holding the workshop.  We also have online participants who are getting on the same zoom call with the facilitator to participate remotely.  This is all good.  The issue arises when the facilitator leads a meditation/yoga session and we share music to the zoom call as well as play the music in the venue for the in-person participants.  Because the best and cleanest way to get sound into the zoom call is doing an advanced screen share "computer audio only". what this does is creates a virtual sound output 'zoom audio device'. the problem occurs because this device merges the computer output with the virtual output in the zoom call.  Meaning the voice of our facilitat

I received my complete recording but when I trimmed it incorrectly by accident, I hit "restore" in the "trash" but it hasn't restored it. Now I've lost the whole thing. Any suggestions? 

One of our panelists is unable to use her zoom panelist link. She receives an error message asking her to log in using a different account. She uses multiple email addresses for her work, but only one is linked to zoom. How can I rectify this situation?

Hello!  Currently I am running into some issues scaling our current events model, we have now upgraded to Zoom events in order to move our events from being ~100 to 300-500 people. I do a lot of backend work and pre-assigning, which I am still okay doing, but since we are now scaling the events to include more groups and projects, things are more complicated.  Our events involve multiple different tracks - individuals moving from a session with everyone, to a meeting with a portion of everyone, and then moving to an even smaller portion of everyone, and then moving back to their larger portion of everyone, and then finally moving back to everyone (please see event schedule below for more context).  To make things more difficult, attendees are not currently registering through Zoom. While I think that will be the best option for us to avoid logistical issues, I am not sure I am going to get the sign-off on

Hello All,  This may be a dumb question - but I just need to get clarification and couldn't seem to find the information called out anywhere.   I'm using the "Zoom Events" portal to create a multi-day multi-session event.  All of the "sessions" are created via the portal so I"m assuming that makes me the host.  On the day of the event, do I actually need to assign multiple hosts to all of the concurrent sessions or, because I'm doing this using the events portal, will they all just be able to be opened and run.   We are using separate sessions as "breakouts" for discussions but won't necessarily have a speaker/facilitator in each one so there isn't really a way to have a specific "host" for each session.   I would use "breakout rooms" within a session - however, we want to be able to have cloud recordings of each and this isn't possible using breakout rooms.  Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I saw some discussions on this but nothing too recent - We're hosting a conference-style event and want to give our own employees the ability to attend without paying the registration fee. Is it possible to set up a "coupon code" feature?  We know we could set a "free" ticket option but we don't necessarily want it to be known to the public we're offering this.

Hi all, I need to create events across different regions for which the language in all outreach should be localised. Usually this is either German or English. Buttons and standard event info, for example, are not editable and should be translated based on the language of each event. All I seem to be able to do is change my entire account's language.  Can anyone help?

Hi, I have the problem that I have created a recurring event in Zoom Sessions and actually need two different ticket types. This is possible for individual sessions, but not for recurring sessions, apparently? Or is it possible to link several individual sessions? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi everyone.I have a payment function on Zoom. Setting my profile picture is never a problem, but: When I join a meeting where I have to register with a link, my profile picture is never displayed. Of course, I can change it by logging in. But can't I do it beforehand? The aim should be that no matter how and where I take part in a meeting, the profile picture should always be visible. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you very much. 

We have Zoom Events Unlimited | 500, but host a one-off yearly event with up to 3,000 attendees.We were advised to purchase Zoom Events Pay-Per-Attendee for 3,000 attendees, however we're not sure how to actually use this... We have created hubs but they both have attendee limits of 500, not the 3,000 that we were hoping for. How do we go about creating a hub using the PPA plan? Could you please help me to download zoom recordings for disabled users. Upon checking I am not able to find user's recording in the user management section. can you please help.

I have an issue with preregistration emails from Zoom Events. The Join and View Event links that are available to be added to the preregistration email are not working. Instead of using the join link for the preregistered attendee, they are pointing generically to https://zoom.us/.  I see nothing anywhere in the settings where I can edit this. I also can't find any articles that cover this situation. Thoughts?
