BUSINESS RELATED: Having an issue with my invited list registering for a free event. Only thing I can think of after researching and troubleshooting myself is...Do my invited people need to have a Zoom Account to Register for a Zoom Event Meeting?

Dear Zoom Community,My university is having an academic conference through Zoom events, and yesterday I was unable to add one of the speakers as a panelist. It kept coming up with an error message. He said he used the correct link to log in, so we don't know what happened.Any ideas?Katherine P.

Does anyone know if it is possible in breakout rooms to have people shuffled through the breakout rooms after a certain period of time?  I want to have 4 breakout rooms with about 25 people in each. After 15 minutes I want the 25 people to be sent to the next room and have each group go into all 4 rooms. I will be pre-assigning participants into their original room then I can't figure out if there is a way to have them automatically sent to the next room.

Good Day, I need help. I am new to zoom's operating.  I was invited to speak on another zoom hosts event at 7 pm which is the exact time I had a zoom event taking place. Will my event still take place even if I am on another person's zoom event at the same time? In other words will the people using my account still be able to zoom even though I am on 

I've shared a recording with passcode with subtitles on and realised there is an error with the subtitles. Can I change the password so people can't access it? Disable it ? Or take subtitles off whilst people can still access?

Hi! I am hosting a conference on Zoom Events and two of our speakers are using chromebooks. They are both having issues log in -- the speaker ticket takes them to launch lobby, they click launch lobby and nothing happens. I am worried that Zoom Events simply doesn't work on chromebooks, because it having a lite app? Or maybe they just need to update to the PWA app? Thank you!

i there, is there any way to make attendees go incognito so others don't know where they are coming from?  

Hi,I have a multi-day event with different ticket types, and I want to allow attendees to purchase more than one ticket. For example, the first day of the event is a workshop that costs $25. The next day is a symposium that costs $40. Some attendees want to buy a workshop ticket AND a symposium ticket, for a total of $65. But it seems that Zoom doesn't allow them to purchase two different ticket types in a single order. Instead, they have to place two separate orders, one for the workshop and one for the symposium. Am I missing something? Thanks!

A couple of weeks ago, I received a message that I had reached the "Cloud" recording max.I logged in and deleted every single one (like 150) except for 3 - small ones.Then I went in and emptied Trash. I continue to receive those messages daily.  Anyone know how long it takes the system to recalculate the space? Someone I can contact to get the # to clear? TIAKaren

I have already sent out a link for a Zoom conference.  I just changed the date and a separate notice has gone out to participants that have the right date and time (n0t the one when I set up the link).  Do I need to do anything besides in-putting and saving the correct date and time since participants already have the link?  Thanks much.  TJ

Does anyone know if there's a way to restrict a conference ticket type to only expo? We have partners we want to invite to our event, but do not want them to be able to see all of the sessions or recordings. We only want them to be able to access their booth. So far everything I'm seeing gives them a full conference pass with all the sessions and recordings.  Thanks!

I'm going to be running a puzzle night over Zoom and want to know if there's a way for me to pin a slide of the puzzle onscreen for all participants while they're broken up into different breakout rooms. And if that's possible, is there any way to display a *different* puzzle for each breakout room? Thanks! 

Hello, We created a Zoom Event and as far as I can tell via settings, anyone with the event link is able to register.  However, we're getting notes from the community that unless they have our email address domain, they get an "invite only" message when visiting the event page.  Screenshots below of our settings and of the response community is getting. Any idea how to solve? Thanks!

Is anyone else not able to access the recording from the 1/19 Work Transformation Summit? There is a piece I was planning to share out today at a meeting. Now I cannot get in - just get spinning "waiting for lobby"  Any suggestions? 

I am setting up a conference where all of the attendees are speakers and all are expected to pay. I would love to be able to use the Speaker features (photo, description, agenda) for all of my panelists, but doing so automatically gives them a free ticket. If the free ticket was made an option (select which ticket to assign to Speakers, for instance), then I could make better use of the platform.  The reverse problem is also true -- because all of my panelists are paying members, I have to put in fake Speakers to avoid giving out free passes. This is an inelegant solution, and makes the agenda much less robust for our purposes.  Thanks,Gregory

Hello, I have purchased a Zoom Events license for up to 500 attendees, I also have the Zoom Meeting Pro license, I have linked the Zoom Events license to myself and when I go to the events.zoom.us website, I don't see a 'Manage' button in the menu bar, only 'Favorites', 'Tickets' and 'Contact Sales' button. When I login to Zoom Events, a pop-up window shows up that says "To create and manage events, please enter your billing address." and when I click "Go To Billing", it takes me to the Billing Information on my account, which is already filled out from before. I have created a recurring Zoom Meeting with registration, hoping that it will pop up in the Zoom Events page, but there are no Events listed. Every Zoom article that I've read says that I need to go to 'Manage' if I want to start an event, but there is no Manage button, so I have no idea how to start an event. Hope somebody can

Hi, I am preparing a Zoom event, and I need to know if it is possible to add a new ticket type after my event has been published. I want to do this because we are going to offer 10 paid scholarships to our event, and after we publish the event, people will find out about the scholarship and want to apply, and I want to be able to invite them via email. Is it possible to add a new ticket type after an event has gone live? Thanks!

Does anyone know what happens on a Zoom Events Conference when the session time slot ends? Does the session automatically end and move everyone back to the lobby or can you stay in the breakout room after the session has finished?Planning on uploading a CSV file to add timings but don't know whether to extend sessions to allow for overrunning.

When I click "Join Lobby", it shows "Your lobby is being prepared. Please wait a moment." But nothing happens after a long while of waiting. Other colleagues don't have this issue. Is there a solution to this? Thanks

Hi all,I've published our first Zoom Event and now we've had some role reshuffling after announcement (sound familiar?).  For the life of me I can't find a way to remove the current alternate host and assign a new one. Any help would be appreciated. Bob 

Something is wrong with the Zoom Events setup process such that it won't allow events to be discoverable by anyone with the link. Instead it is forcing the meeting to be accessible only to those on the guest list. We set up a Volunteer Appreciation event on the 2nd and want anyone who has the link to be able to register. However, the attached screenshot shows that, when I mouse-over the the option to make the event discoverable by all user with the link, the option cannot be selected. Please advise us on how we can make events discoverable. This is the primary way in which we intend to use Zoom Events.
