What's the difference between the three? We purchased the 500 attendee Event Plan, set everything up in goevents.zoom.us but we cannot access it now. The domain redirects to log in at the main zoom site. When we login it redirects me to onevents.zoom.us which seems to be some sort of beta site.Then if I click into events.zoom.us all of my hubs that I previously set up in goevents.zoom.us  have disappeared. When I create a new event, I'm limited to 99 attendees which is not the plan I paid an annual subscription for. What's the difference between the three and what happened to my $1000 subscription? Billion-dollar company, why is there no real support for this company?

Good afternoon,  we are currently using zoom for church services due to not having a pastor. We will play a recoding in the afternoon via screen and  sound share. Wednesday night the sound share started coming across extremely scratchy. The recording is not sharing with others like it use to. I have done all the computer tests I can. I've tried different computers and different accounts. I could use some great help to get this sorted out before Sunday. Thanks

Next Friday we are hosting a 24 hour challenge online for 3 local charities in Vietnam. Currently we can only have 100 people online, how can we increase this for the 24 hours so we can have over 100 people able to join and participate 

I provide services and knowledge to specialists and entrepreneurs that a works with live events...I want to know how rightly upgrade my account to do large events trough zoom, including using breakout rooms and I facing doubts with 2 different situations…1:I transmit, using software (and maybe some equipment) the image from a camera (video and audio source) to multiple zoom accounts simultaneously, such that for each account being used, it looks like the transmission is straight to it, or put another way, the same audio and video source is made available equally to all these accounts.two:Unlike this previous solution, I need another solution for when I want to open simultaneous rooms. The zoom has a limit of 50 rooms to up to 200, so I need to respect that limit. Either way, either having several accounts of up to 200 and doing as I said in item 1 or connecting several accounts in another way (or using the zoom itself or using some software) I still

I love how you can build an itinerary in Zoom Events (for upcoming Zoomtopia).  But how do I download/sync to my Calendar?

I am trying to use ZOOMEvents to build a conference platform.  The structure I need  is something like thisMain page for 3 day conference         Three events for the three days               a number of sessions each day ( no need forconcurrency at the moment)                          within each session a number of speakers  (say items) one after the other  Also I need to attach speaker bio, prerecorded presentation and a pdf copy of the paper.Also I could not add hosts for each session. Any advise would be most helpful. Sarath TennakoonI 

Has anyone used Zoom for a High School Reunion?

We had a conference yesterday and we used some shared accounts with different folks added as alternative hosts. The alternative hosts recorded to the cloud, but two of the sessions, with the same alternative host, do not show in the account recordings.  I confirmed that he recorded to the cloud. He said that lately he was having some trouble with recordings. Any thoughts on why a licensed users recordings would not come through?

There's an event for which I've been watching the recordings... the link to the recordings has now been removed from the provider's website BUT I have the addresses for some of the recordings, so am still able to watch them. Is there any way I can find out how long they will stay up for?

Just joined the community. Thank you Zoom for saving my small business. When selling my wine door to door became impossible due to COVID, I started using Zoom platform for virtual wine tastings. Just educated 500 Pfizer employees on Balkan - Eastern Mefiterranean - Bosnian native varieties, had 100 NJ attorneys and judges taste my wines in their homes while learning from me via Zoom,…How do i see all attendees, while they see only me? Is there such setting? How do I select second monitor to be used for attendees to see while i use the monitor with power point presentation containing notes? If anyone here is interested in doing Zoom Community building activity, we can organize it. I understand it's possible to use Zoom to record a Powerpoint presentation with my voice overlay, but I can't seem to find any instructions for this.  I have the free version, is it available with that plan? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi, I would like to record a question an answer interview but don’t want the view to jump from interviewer to participant.  So this means the interviewer is still in the shot until the participant starts to respond and then the camera flips back to the participant. Makes it hard to cut clean bits of the clip in post production as the interviewer is still in the shot fair the first bit until participant starts to talk….Pinning the participant doesn’t seem to work either. Is this correct and what can I do to keep the interviewee on screen the whole time even when the questions are being asked please? Any help would be great as it’s for work  and can’t seem to find answer anywhere. Thank you, Connie 

Hi All, I've been testing out Zoom Events especially to use for multiple different events on campus in Higher Ed.  Some observations and queries that maybe someone in Zoom can answer: Will parallel sessions be made available for summit events so you can have 2 virtual rooms at the same time?In the future could there be an ability for certain tickets to allow attendees entry into certain rooms, eg: keynote 1 and not keynote 2?The chat lobby option is only Chat on, or chat lobby off. Is there any feature where you can turn off attendees from chatting directly.  In education you may want to turn off the feature of students directly chatting to each other. Appreciate your response.  

I have been having enormous trouble with sharing both powerpoint slides and videos on my screen, despite having a 850Mbs connection. Videos and Powerpoint slide transitions or animations are very choppy, all over a delay some 2 seconds between my actions (eg. pressing a play button, or clicking from one slide to another) and the result participants actually see.  Is there any way to improve this? While I am happy to accept a 1280 × 720 resolution over 4K or even full HD resolution, I really need the frame rate to be at least a proper 25fps if not higher so that my fade transitions (for slides) and movements (for videos) are decently smooth. Right now everything is both blurry and choppy. What can I do to achieve this or something better?
