Hey y'all! I am using Zoom Events for the first time and I really like the UI and setup. However, I cannot find how to enable the ability to copy or save chat messages. The Save Chat menu option is disabled when in the webinar, and it's not there in the chat options when I click the three dots or in More under participants. In my personal Zoom account, copying and saving chat messages is enabled, but I've gone through all the settings in Zoom events and can't find it. Am I missing something? Where would it be? Please help!

Hi I am mod for an investor event for my company in 2 days and have discovered that the settings are different to the ones I usually have when I have just done a zoom webinar. I chose to upgrade my subscription to the new 'event' option as the branding is nicer, but in my trial run I couldn't work out how to get 2 speakers plus the presentation slides on the screen. It lets me select side by side presenter mode (shows the slides plus 1 person) but I want to have 2 people visible while the slides are up. I tried spotlighting two people but it isn't changing what attendees will see. Please help me!

What is the most effective way to distribute class materials (pdfs) to attendees of a Zoom event?

Hi Zoom Community, If a Presenter is unable to use the zoom app (blocked by their organisation) to present can they present through their browser in Zoom Events? If this is possible, how do we go about setting this up? Many thanks  Richard

Without changing anything, one day this started happening. I am connected to computer audio as usual. And the laptop's speaker is chosen but I can't hear anything. I open the audio settings to test the speaker and before even clicking on it suddenly I can hear the speaker. I test the speaker (same laptop speaker) and can hear the chime. Great. Close the window and can no longer hear the speaker. So now I have the window open the entire meeting to be able to hear while I try to figure this out. Help!

I was testing license assignments and now I have message: You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit.But I still have one license which is unused. How I can at least assign it to some user and use my license? At least Zoom need to show that limit somewhere or return my money.   

Hello Everyone, I host events for different clients with over 50 people, and in these events, I regularly use breakout rooms to facilitate different conversations to be held within the zoom meeting. More often than not I want to pre-assign these people to these breakout rooms. However, I do not seem to be able to pre-assign multiple sets of rooms in advance.  For instance, I host an event which contains multiple rounds of workshops, and people can sign in for specific workshops before the meeting. I can only pre-assign the first round of workshops with the people that were signed in for those workshops. Workshop rounds 2 and 3 will then either require me as host to assign all people manually myself to the new rooms which costs a lot of time, or require the participants to select the correct workshop room by themselves. I want to ensure that people using screen readers or other assistive technology can register for the event, and to also bookmark individual sessions. I am struggling to find any information about the accessibility of the registration form, and navigation of an events hubs. Any advice on this would be very much appreciated.Stephen

Hello everyone, 1. I published my first webinar event, now what should I email the moderators and speakers.   What do they need to do?2. Is best that speakers send their content to the moderator or should the speakers be given share access on the day of the event?What is your experience?

We have an event that is currently open. We have the unlimited 500 license assigned. We've 1200 people registered and have hit our 500 person limit. Has Zoom made any changes to where you can buy a different license or add on  a license to increase the capacity of a zoom event that is already happening?  We have registrants who are unable to access the plaform currently. Thank you!

Hello, I have purchased a zoom events licence. I desperately require help in setting up a Zoom Event. My requirements are:Setting up three simultaneous sessions.Setting up the event in a way so people can land on the lobby page and choose a session they would like to attend (there will be 3 simultaneous sessions going on)Setting up a way to send speakers for each session a different sign up link so they can be granted host/co-host access and can share their screen.Setting up a link for attendees so they can just click the link, which leads them to the lobby and they can choose which session they want to enter.Allowing other people to edit the event and help host it.How do other people editing the event access the back end to edit, apart from the link initially sent?Additional info that would also be really helpful:How do recordings work for each session? Hi, I am adding several events to my event hub and the events are appearing with my most recently created as the first event, not in chronological order. How can I change the events to appear in chronological order?

My partner and I first met via a Zoom video call.  For a present, I'm now looking for an affordable Zoom christmas ornament (for the tree) or token (to put in a shadow box).   I know there's Etsy, but does Zoom sell anything? Thanks!

Is anyone else experiencing 502 bad gateway error mesages when trying to open the streaming app on ZoomEvents desktop today? 

When a panelist clicks their link to join a session on the Zoom Events platform, is there a way for them to join so that they don't have to login at all? Currently, when our panelists try to join using their special panelist link, it makes them either login to zoom, or login to other accounts such as gmail, facebook, apple, etc. Ideally, they'd be able to join the session just by clicking the link and that would take them directly to backstage.    Thanks!   Mary

We are working on putting Zoom Events into place for our client to handle their virtual two day conference and was interested in examples of Sponsorship packages that others put together. Is anyone able to share what they have done or a best practice? 

I put a custom disclaimer for an event and am unable to turn it off again.  The toggle button is greyed out and it simply says that an it admin must do this.  I have a personal pro account and am the only one using it.  I tried logging out of all devices to see if that were the issue but it hasn't made any difference.  Can anyone help?

TIME-SENSITIVE QUESTION -- The link to the registration page works from a laptop, but the link from a smartphone or ipad takes you right to the Zoom meeting.  I need the link to go to the registration page from ALL devices.  What do I need to fix?

I am attending my first zoom event, and I don’t see any sort of microphone option. I wish there was something confirming that I am muted. Does anyone know if the lack of any sort of mic display means that no one can hear me? I completely muted my computer mic after a minute but I’m just curious.

I have a number of tracks defined for a particular event. When I display the filters on the "Sessions" page, the Tracks are all listed in a random order. Its not alphabetical, nor is it the order that they were created - its just odd.  Is it possible to define the order the tracks are displayed? Or at a minimum, have them sorted in alphabetical order? Also, it would be ideal if you could edit a track name and have it apply to all sessions. Imagine the use case where I decided to rename a track - as I understand it, currently I would have to individually edit every session in that track. Thanks

I’ve had a couple of conversations with other Events producers about the recent change to the appearance of the Track Filter on the Events Sessions tab. The one on Zoomtopia for example:One producer had originally created their upcoming event with a number of tracks to indicate topic areas of their 200+ sessions. As you can see from the Zoomtopia example, the “sliding tab bar” quickly fills up, and you can’t see the rest without sliding. Okay, I get it. But what order are the tracks listed in?(A) We haven’t been able to figure it out, and…(B) There don’t appear to be any way for the Host to control the order.  Alphabetical would be a nice start. Allowing the Host to manage an orderable list would be better. Any thoughts?

Hi, I have an issue with creating new hub in Zoom Events.I have Zoom Events Unlimited license, I am logged in with correct account but I am having Access Denied error and can not create hub in Zoom Events.I am located in Ukraine in Kyiv and can not set up Stripe or PayPal account.Billing information is updated, there is no geo-blocking in account.Any ideas?Maybe this will help:I see this error in Console:Uncaught (in promise) Access denied 2/e/billing/account:1
