Can I create multiple events on my hub at the same time?  Not, multiple sessions in one event with a joint lobby.  Essentially 2 lobbies at the same time for different conferences.

Hi, we are getting an error 400 when running the Zoom events webhook in Marketo. It seems in the response that for some reason the email address we're getting does not contain @ but contains %40 instead. Maybe that's the reason.  The error we're getting is {"success":false,"requestId":"v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_23f7baccbeb8004c","errors":[{"code":"10033","message":"{\"status\":404,\"error\":\"stock_not_exist\",\"message\":\"stock_not_exist\",\"newTid\":\"v=2.0;clid=us01;rid=INT_23f7baccbeb8004c\",\"timestamp\":1698156787431}"}]}  Anyone have an idea what is the cause for this and how to fix it?

Hosting a concert where individuals play the guitar and or sing . Some have problems with audio settings where the audience can hear them but not their guitar. Seems like some have problems and others not even though they are using the same settings. Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for audio settings to resolve this issue. 

Hi, For any event when I try to register it says Firat Name,  Last Name,  Email and Phone are required fields even after I have enetered the details. Because of this I am not able to register for any event. I am using Samsung M33. RegardsNags

I'm new to Acuity scheduling and I see there is a way to integrate it with Zoom (I understand that part and have set it up, no problem). What is tripping me up is that multiple people will be registering for a group class, AND acuity says it's going to generate a unique link for each person upon class registration --> let's call these little 'duckling links'  Two part question: 1.  How do I START this meeting on zoom account? Should I create the meeting in my zoom profile and will acuity understand this is the 'big momma link'?2. If I SHOULD in fact create a meeting in zoom for my event, how does my zoom account know that she is the 'big momma' link and all fo these random generated 'duckling links' know to connect to her? WILL THIS WORK? Thanks for your help! 

I have saved social media links in the "Exhibitors" menu under "Event Content, but, when a booth is added to the Expo, all social media links disappear. Has anyone else had the same issue and can advise? Thanks!

Hello We're running a paid training session using Zoom events. Most participants are buying places through Zoom ticketing and registration. However, I've got 3 participants who will be attending but we've invoiced them outside of Zoom. How do I grant them access/register them for the course without going through the online purchase process? Many thanks Amy 

Question: I want to record a lesson via Zoom and simultaneously stream it, but also make it available as soon as possible for participants who can't attend at the scheduled time. Does anyone know the best way to do this? I know that I can record on Google Drive via Zoom, but I've noticed that the conversion process takes a long time, especially for a 3.5-hour lesson (which might take 7 hours?) All tips are welcome.

We recently upgrades our PPA Zoom Sessions License to a PPA Zoom Events License.  I got a notification that our Zoom Sessions license has been revoked and confirmation the Zoom Events license invoice has been paid but when I log into Zoom Events Account I can see our events etc but there is a notification that Access is denied. Under our upcoming event there is a notification that license is expired. There is also a notification that I will lose all events in 2 days if a new license is not assigned.  I reached out to Billing & Support and they have sent to technical team but it has been 5 days without a response or resolution. 1 event scheduled yesterday could not take place and we have another one coming up shortly so need to resolve ASAP.I assumed the changeover would happen automatically and I would see the extra features the Events license has would just show up.In our Zoom One Pro Account it shows all licenses assigned. Is Zoom Events free with Zoom One Pro?

I have been doing weekly recordings with a group I host.  I hit record, do my talk, then end recording.  This time it didn't do the buffering the final normally does.  Instead I go to where I find the file and it looks different then it normally would.  It says Double_click_to_convert.  I click on it it bring it to a windows media player extension, which its never done before.  It won't play.  Any help is appreciated. 

Hello, I have recently created a multiple session event in Zoom Events and in the Event Configuration section I have identified 4 separate event start and end dates (with times). When the Event Reminder email is sent to registrants 24 hours before the event begins will this be sent 24 hours before each of the start dates or just before the first start date? For example if I set the dates as the 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th October should a reminder email be sent on the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th, or just on the 9th? Thanks!

Hello, Is it possible to be able to customise the 'Your registration is complete' page that appears when someone has registered for an event? As we have branding on other online pages it would be good to be able to have branding on this page too, as well as having the option to remove the 'add to calendar' link and being able to add some customised text for letting registrants know about next steps. Thanks.

How do I change the registration address (mandatory but it shows no choice outside of the U.S.) to include Canada? I am NOT asking about dial in, but the registration page.

Can I have international participants join my Zoom Event...specifically from India?  Also, is it possible to add someone internationally as a speaker, collaborator, etc.?

If you sign up for cloud recordings of your zoom meetings, does it also copy to your computer? I want to delete some from the cloud to make for more space but I want to be sure it is backed up on my computer first.

Hi all,  I'm running a conference with 1500+ speakers over four days.  I've set up an Event, and am trying to upload the speaker names and email addresses via the CSV import function.  At about the third CSV import, I get the error "You have exceeded the maximum event capacity" I've divided the CSV up into smaller files of less than 400 speakers each, and the Zoom website says there's no maximum to the number of speakers.  Any idea what the problem might be?   

If I schedule a meeting in Zoom, the meeting shows in my meeting list. I frequently get emailed Zoom invites from other organisations, but there does not seem to be any way to diarise that meeting in Zoom.  Am I missing something?

I have wasted HOURS on this system trying to figure out why the heck I don't see the ability to add tickets. I have the setting in admin configured, I have the bank billing setup, I've followed the instructions and yet still no option under Registration and Join for adding tickets. Why is this some difficult? Pretty much at a dead in for something that should be simple. I'm sure there is something I am missing. Ideas?

Hello, I often share Apple Keynote presentations via Zoom. It always works very smoothly except for one thing: my images look a little blurry to the all the attendees. The images inside my Keynote presentations are all high-resolution and look pin-sharp on my MacBook all the time I'm sharing. But they always come out blurry on the other end. This happens every time. No matter how many people are in the Zoom (from one person to hundreds). This is NOT a problem with the internet or WiFi connection. Because I have tested it on super-fast networks and even with computers sitting side by side on the same desk. I have spoken to an Apple specialist and they cannot find a problem on the Apple end. So the problem must be with Zoom. Any ideas how to fix this? Is there a setting I can tweak? Or is loss of image quality inevitable  when sharing through Zoom? Thanks!

Can anyone suggest an article or post that describes a moderately priced set of hardware for hybrid meetings? 1) Speakers for the in-person room - from computer audio so that in-person audience can hear Zoom speakers2) Mics for the in-person room - for remote/zoom audience to hear in-person audience speakers3) Projector(s) for computer meeting to the in-person room so in-person audience can see zoom audience4) camera(s) - so zoom audience can see in-person audience Any suggestions on how to set this up and configure this?Any other suggestions period?
