Hi Experienced Zoomers, I'm in the process of creating my first online course using  Zoom.  Are there available downloadable files that include screen shots of the various Zoom navigation and reaction icons?  I'm currently creating my PowerPoint presentations and it sure would be nice to use the actual Zoom  icons in my student activity instructions. Thank you in advance if you have anything to share. Rick

This mode will allow all students to ONLY see their teacher, while still allowing the teacher to see all students. This is ideal for exams/tests, as well as socioeconomic disparity in student’s homes. Hello, I'm user.Currently, I'm using it as a school account,It's still a "basic" account.As far as I know, if you use it as a school account, it will be changed to 'unlimited'.I want to change the account type. Thank you for letting me know where to do it.

Hi,We are a private language school and would like to upgrade our plan to Zoom for Education. When I try to do it there is a message:"Zoom Education licenses are intended for student, faculty, staff and alumni for pedagogical interaction within a classroom environment, or the administration thereof and may not be used for any commercial purpose. Zoom Education licenses may not be purchased by hospitals, medical centers, clinics, or other affiliated organizations not specifically involving student and faculty and pedagogical interactions within a classroom environment or the administration thereof." Our main company subject is Education, language courses, etc.Why can't I upgrade it?Thank you in advance!

Hello Colleagues! I'm a Zoomophile! Love nearly everything about it, but I'd really like a way for the host to view all breakout rooms on one screen. I've done live testing on Zoom before where students are in breakout rooms, but as a host, I needed to hop into each room frequently and it's just annoying. Has anyone found any way around this or have any good ideas with live testing using Zoom? (with the pandemic I completely restructured exams and moved away from live proctoring (proctorio, lockdown browser, etc.), but in my current position, I'd like to be able to provide options to colleagues)

Hi!   We would like to organize an MOOC being streamed live, aimed at education policy makers and educators, at large. Has anyone had any issues with using Breakout rooms for such events?  I was really bummed to read that breakout rooms are not allowed under Webinars!   Thanks!

Hello I would value advice on whether there is a way of configuring Zoom to enable a mouse pointer on a Windows machine to be included in screen recording. I want to point to text while I am speaking but I am not sure if the pointing can be recorded.Thanks in advance!

At our University, we have a main Zoom account with most of the users, but we also have a number of subaccounts for individual schools that need different settings (HIPAA compliance at the med school, for example).  This article suggests that by linking all of the subaccounts under an organization, all of the subaccounts will be able to work together with meeting invitees and alternative hosts (the med school can invite a user from the business school as an alternative host, etc).   Has anyone tried it?  Looking for pitfalls before we try implementing it in the middle of a semester. Thanks in advance.

We have a pro membership and I have been scheduling my own meetings with participants. I need for my staff to be able to schedule my meetings for me when they make appointments but allow me to continue to be the full and only host of the meeting (unless I pass it on to somebody else).   I am the "licensed" user of the software and they have "guest" membership status under my license.  Do I need to purchase a license for each person to be able to schedule meetings for me or can I give them some kind of permission? 

Subscription cost for educational groups in developing countries are not affordable, is there an opportunity for groups of schools to share a subscription or monthly ‘extended ‘ sessions for free accounts to host parent meetings and staff meetings ?

Hi, We are a smaller, private school in Hungary owning free accounts (every teacher a seperate one). We'd like to upgrade to Pro (or the best solution we need), but there's a feature I couldn't find anywhere, and we need it:-Is there a main account, where we can see all the meeting our teachers opened? This way it is easier to count all the classes we take, but the teachers still could have seperate Meeting ID.Is there a way to get this organized feature?Thank you,Kata

Hi.  I use zoom for college class. This kind of experience never happened before in other zoom classes. Whenever I share my powerpoint screen, the participants' screen disappear. When a student joined zoom, video panel pop out and disappear immediately. I check the meeting control - "show video panel" but still nothing solved.  Is it error? Should I reinstall Zoom?

I recently switched from an HP laptop to an Airbook Mac Pro. I embedded links to videos and games in my PowerPoints. How do I access them? With the HP ,I use to open all the links before class and then choose them from the “share screen” . That doesn’t seem to work with the Airbookthanks for any help you can offer 

I present a quiz to students through PPT.I'd like to give them some background music while they're taking the quiz.Tell me how to apply background music in ZOOM.

Two questions:1. Is there a definitive way to tell if my school district Zoom account has the 40 minute restriction removed? The website states that I should see a banner indicating that the 40 minute limit is no longer in place. However, I do not see that in my account. Is there another way to tell? Maybe a setting that is there by default?2. Once a colleague signs up for a Zoom account, do they automatically get the time restriction lifted if they have signed up using our school district email account?

What's the best/easiest way to keep current with new Zoom features? How do we come to know what we don't know it (or third parties) can do?

We have interpreters ready to support." Enter - Zoom w/ Interpretation tools enabled. Yay! Here was just one of the language instructional slides we had scrolling in a loop across multiple languages as learners from Brazil, Portugal, South Korea, Japan, Chile, Sweden, Germany, etc...logged in. So great!

hi. I recently starting teaching for a community college. When I went in to use zoom, it gave me an error code 1001. I think it might have something to do with having 2 other accounts, one with another university and one with yahoo. How do i fix this. I am becoming frustrated.
