It's Hankyung University in Korea.I think it's very wrong to stop the free license service without notice.The sudden suspension is causing a very serious impact on academic management.If there was a notice in advance, I could have prepared to purchase a license.Please extend it to the free period (2021.12.31).

Hi! For the past year, I was using my school account with Zoom to no issues. 2 weeks ago, I saw the 40 minute time limit flash. This week and last week, it was removed. Does anyone know why it would be on/off? Just don't want any unexpected surprises.Thanks!

Hola, tengo un problema al programar las clases de los alumnos, con el id personal, cuando llega ese día de la clase, resulta que se borran los botones de al lado que dice iniciar, sale solo editar y eliminar, no puedo ingresar como anfitrión, solo como hospedador, nosotros usamos la versión gratuita, pero nadie mas en el colegio ha tenido ese problema. Y al ingresar por la aplicación zoom directamente me pide el id y la contraseña y las coloco y no lo toma, pero al ingresar por la pagina de zoom no existe ese problema pero ingreso como hospedador, si alguien pudiera ayudarme se los agradecería.

Hello all,I am a Student and asked myself if there is also Zoom update (in order to speak more than 40 minutes in one call) as a student which is a bit cheaper than the Pro-tariff? In my account I can only see the two tariffs "pro" and "business".I saw that the tariffs can be paid monthly, so when is it possible to cancel the update again? If we for example need an update only for 2 months, is it possible to end the contract after every month or is there a minimum contract period, e.g. one year? Thanks in advance for your feedback!

Aloha,I have been using Zoom on a education plan from the University of Hawaii throughout the pandemic but it is suddenly kicking me off and asking me to upgrade. Did Zoom stop supporting these plans or is there a way I can renew it?Mahalo,Lane "LaneSki" Davey

When teaching on Zoom, my online Learners in Zoom could read my PowerPoint in Zoom Screenshare but not my Word document. It appeared as a blurry document. Do I need to have the document in a format such as Google Documents or can I share a Microsoft Word document?

As a school that offers many classes where we promote student collaboration on projects, puzzles and games it would be useful adding a feature that allows hosts to view private chat exchanges between students in real time or after class. With young kids we want to encourage collaboration for certain types of exercises/assignments, but we still need to monitor and make sure only appropriate messages are occurring.   It would also be useful to add a feature that allows us to group students so they can have group chats (again that the host can view in real time or later). This would allow grouping students on teams for various activities where all of the team members should be involved, but it would restrict students not on a team to see what other teams are chatting about.   I am sure we aren't the only school or education center that would find this incredibly useful.

I have recently arrived in China and will have to start teaching my university classes online while in quarantine. I opened a Zoom account after I arrived in China, but I use a Virtual Private Network to have more access to the internet. Will Zoom work in China for me to give online classes to my university students? If so, is there anything special that I need to do to make it work for my students?

Hi everyone,   What tips and tricks have one-on-one music teachers found to be useful when teaching over Zoom?   I am trying to help someone who is about to start teaching piano and voice lessons over Zoom. Hi, as shown in the picture below, the account profile shows that my account type is education. However, on the profile page, it shows that the account type is basic, and I do have a 40min limit when hosting a meeting.

I want to sign up for a school zoom account but I don't know how. I have a valid school email and signed up for a zoom account but it's still limited to 40p. I don't know if Zoom has a free version for education and I don't know how to upgrade my account to Education Free. Can anyone help me?

I am seeing two students for speech in the same room/time through ZOOM. Both students will have their own computer but, will sign into ZOOM using the same ZOOM link and the same email address will be used  to get on the computer. Can they both have remote control on their respective computers when access is given?

Im from Sri Lanka. I have a school domain and I m  in need of enabling the 40-minute unlimited feature. Isnt it open for Sri Lanka ? Is there any way of activating it ? 

I am a library manager at a secondary school.We are hosting an author via Zoom this Friday but our students have just returned to remote learning. Just wanting advice on whether the Zoom session on Friday should be via meeting or webinar.There will be about 50 students in the session. The author will do most of the talking and the students will be asking questions towards the end of the session. 

Our Professor put a lecture video on Zoom he gave us the passcode but this zoom will not take it. So I tried logging in with my University log in and it won't take that. Can someone tell me why this zoom does not work properly?  How can I obtain the lecture videos even when the log in does not work?  Keeley

Hi all -- I have a "class" with around 200 participants, and it seems to be too large to set up breakout rooms at all. I create the rooms, but when I try to open them the button doesn't have any effect. Works fine for smaller classes. I can't find anything about this restriction, except that the max number of rooms is 50, but I asked for fewer than 50 rooms. (Not sure how this will find me, because it's asked for Zoom "company domain"/SSO but not for my email...)
