Hello,I have checked the educator column when I create account , but it was mistakes.The following screen is displayed every time I log in , but I'm not educators (and I'm not an administrator),so I cannot sign in , but cannot delete my account to start over. If have an annual add-on subscription, cannot additionally subscribe to the same add-on monthly product.For example, if have an annual subscription of LMR1,000, cannot purchase additional LMR1,000 licenses through the web portal.Likewise, if have an annual subscription of Webinar 500, cannot purchase additional Webinar 500 licenses through the web portal.As below account 1. 2 hosts with annual ad1d-on LMR1,000 subscription                                2. Today my class and I Zoomed with a friend in France. (I have a paid subscription, she does not.) I sent her a link to join. After awhile, she said that a popup ad appeared and blocked her view of us. She was frustrated, because she couldn't figure out how to get rid of it. She did not have Zoom installed on her computer. Is there any way to avoid these popups? Hi! I don’t want to record students' gallery screen when I record my lectures. I have been using dual monitors.  In my left monitor, I am looking at my students and at the same time, my right monitor, I am sharing my lecture slides with my students. I just want to record my lectures with the slides only, although I can look at students. Is there any option? I have tried several times. But I couldn’t find it. Although I put gallery view screen in my left monitor, I have found that my students gallery screen has been recorded automatically on my lecture slides any way. I know if I close my students’ gallery screen, I can record my lectures with me alone. But if I do this, I cannot see what my students are doing at that time. So, I want to share my students with live lecture environment while encouraging their participation. Thank you.SK

I need to see how my students are using zoom on their screen. So I  want them to share their screen. But this way does not show the zoom's window : and it is precisely what I want to see. What is the solution ? Thanks for your help.

I'm going to be teaching a virtual class, with lecture and slides, via my college. Ideally I would like to broadcast me lecturing and pacing using my iPhone on my gimbal that follows me as I move around. I would like the students to simultaneously be able to view both me and my desktop on my Mac, or open windows on that desktop; this would mostly be PowerPoint, which I can control with a remote. Is this at all possible? Thanks in advance for any feedback.Bob

I am logging in to Zoom on student devices to prepare for virtual learning next week. I checked the box for educators thinking it might have appropriate filters of some sort for elementary students. It appears as though that is just for teachers/admin. Now I can’t login to zoom without it. It automatically defaults to the educator link and I can’t get the student logged in to zoom with their school email address again. It’s somehow linked the student email to the educator tab. Can anyone help with this? I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it didn’t work.

Hi there, I changed laptops and now my Zoom account claims that my meetings will not be allowed to use the share screen function. The Screen Sharing button is green and offers nothing when I click on it. HELP!!!! I do pay for this service quite a bit of money! Thank you.

I am looking for a way to prevent students from hosting Zoom meetings without teacher supervision. If our students sign-in via Google, the get full access to the Zoom windows client. We are also exploring adding our student email domain as an 'associated domain' to our Zoom environment. With that, they will have a Zoom account created and it will be Basic, permitting them to host a 40-45 minute session. Hi,   I have two accounts with my university (1 staff account, 1 student account) that share the same domain. I am unable to switch between them. When I try to "sign out" or "switch account" and type in the domain, it defaults to my staff account. Does anyone know how I can access my student account?   Thank you!

Hi all --I'm assisting in a class this semester, and the primary instructor is away on leave for the next five weeks. She set up our class meetings to automatically record/save to the cloud, but they actually save to her cloud, and I'm unable to access them to trim/edit and post to our course BlackBoard page, even though I am an alternative host. Does anyone know of any workarounds for this issue? I hate to bother the primary instructor each week to trim/edit and post when she's on leave! Thanks in advance!!

I'm looking to share Video better. Screens sharing, no matter what quality settings applied is not good enough.  I recently watched a video from Class.com where they shared a youtube video that streamed to the remote device, the host has control over the playback and the user can view the video in high quality. Does something like this already exist withing the Zoom environment without utilizing the class.com addon?

Hi, I have a strange situation going on about 40 min limit. When I open my account page on browser(Chrome), I can see the banner at the top stating"Important Notice: In support of education and due to the ongoing pandemic, Zoom will continue to lift the 40-minute time limit on your free Basic meeting account through June 30, 2022". However, on my Zoom client software on Windows 10, I can not see the badge that shows the limit is lifted.Also in the actual Zoom meeting with 3 or more people, 40 min limit is applied and can not hold any longer meetings. What is causing this situation and how do I apply the lift of limit?Thank you for your help in advance.

In the first 3 days of zoom lessons, everything is normal . But strange thing happens in the forth day: after I leave my teachers meeting, my computer's wallpaper sudden turned into a white sheet with some ink-drawing fish swimming around and all shortcuts of my files, browsers, apps, even my Recycling Bin disappeared and this happens again today.I'm wondering why this happens, is it the problem of my zoom settings or my teacher's, or the fault of my computer?

New to tele-practice. Purchased Zoom for Healthcare.Starting to send PMI and Password to patients.Wondering if I can use same PMI and same Password for ALL patients on-going.Hope don't have to send unique links and passwords per patient or weekly?

       On both Monday, 13 Sept. 2021, and Wednesday, 15 Sept., the class Zoom partially froze up. About thirty or thirty-five minutes into the Zoom session, with nearly 30 students attending, while screen sharing a powerpoint, something I have done frequently over the past two years with no trouble, the powerpoint froze on the students' screens, and then went blank. However, the students could still hear me and I could hear them. I could still see the powerpoint on my screen, as well as some of the students' faces in the thumbnails on the right, but other features disappeared. When I tried to stop share, the button was unresponsive and would not stop share. The other Zoom controls, including ending the session, became unavailable by disappearing from the bottom of the screen or becoming unresponsive. Hello All,I would like to ask you help, experiences as a system administrator from your institution.we are using Blackboard LMS and let only instructor have 'hosts' authority.- Instructor can create zoom meeting(personal, recurring ETC) via LMS.- Then, student can Join the meeting via LMS. (course by course)however, when I look into after the report from Zoom there are some "blank" under email column. - the email will be uses for attendence P/F. I had check ,- LTI configuration from LMS side and it had configured.(LTI1.1, turned on 'role in course', 'name', 'email address' to send)- the every user(guest) has email address from LMS profile.I do not want to push every student should have zoom meeting account for any reason. Even without zoom accounts, student can access their zoom meeting class and they should not worry about their attendee report.I might has been miss some configuration to sending email address from LMS(Blackboard) to Zoom. so I would like to ask your experiences.
