Lost two factor authentication and recovery code - basic account
Good afternoon
I have made an error and somehow have lost both the Zoom entry in my two factor authenticator app, and the recovery code.
Being a Basic user, I am unable to send a support ticket for anything other than billing.
I have created another account in order to post this message, because I cannot log into my main Zoom account on any device.
If it is please possible for a moderator or other Zoom person to DM me to help, I'd be ever so grateful.
