I remember during Zoomtopia seeing slides cycle through for a Zoom Learning Center (I think??) coming later in 2021. Is there anymore information on that anyplace? How do we sign up, what courses/tracks/programs are offered, etc. I did the 5 Zoom Learning Academy tracks already, this sounded like something different. Thank You.

Hi!I do have the Pro plan at 15.99/mo but I see now that I am charged 19.99/mo?! I also see that it "doesn't include taxes and fees". I'm in Sweden - and it struck me now - are they adding the Swedish 25% VAT to that?! I am an accountant and thus it looks to me like this could be the case then. Can I avoid that somehow? When I try to sign in on my PC, it says "Your app version needs to be 5.14.5 or higher to sign in" I have downloaded a new version several times but it stays on the older version. I cannot find any customer service and I don't know what to do. Any advice will help. Thank you.
Good morning Zoom Support,What is the best way to send out bulk zoom meeting invites? Currently, when I send out large amounts of emails (re: 80+ invites) I am being blocked by Microsoft 365 and have to call IT support to get unblocked. Is there a way to have Zoom send these email invites rather than have them come from me? What are the best practices?Thanks, and have a good day!
I raised a ticket (BIL0209945) that I have yet to receive a reply for. Basically, my credit card has been charged with PHP37,814 on top of my usual subscription. Obviously this is in error as you do not even have a product of that amount. I am incurring penalty charges from my bank because i refuse to pay this. This was way back in October 2023 so you can only imagine the penalty stacking up. Hope you can fix soon. Thanks.

I've had a Zoom Enterprise account with no issues. Last week my meetings were getting cut off at 40 minutes. When I looked at my account, it now shows Basic instead of Pro. Did Zoom downgrade the Enterprise Platform?
I pay $17 per month for the basic level of with absolutely zero service. Zoom continues to tell me that my account has an outstanding balance and if I do not pay, I'll lose access to all paid features and cloud recordings. They have cut off my account in the middle of calls. But of course, there is no way to contact them. What do I do?

I use paid Zoom so that it is HIPAA compliant. However, despite repeated e-mails for the last month, I cannot get in touch with the Sales team to sign a BAA (which I was told is who I need to contact after first trying a Support ticket). Has anyone ever just not heard back from Zoom about something so important? Do I need to cancel my account and start a new one to get the attention of the sales team? Any ideas or help here?
