Why does my transaction is pending?
2 days ago, I bought a Zoom one pro plan. After the checkout page, it shows me a message that my transaction is pending. I received an email as below screenshot.

This never happen to me before but this time, and it's already 2 days now and no reply from Zoom team yet.
We plan to use Zoom during this weekend as we have an online event. Please help me process the transaction.
