Story: Got 100 licenses, was trying to move from GOTOconnect to Zoom Phone, got 100 licenses, and was trying to set up everything and scheduled couple of port ins, 1 number already got ported in. While my users were signing up with the email invitation they received account got disabled and everyone got that email. At that time I was setting up the IVR/Group call settings. Submitted appeal, got rejected, submitted companys paperwork even tax returns got rejected. Now the 1 number which already got ported in is very essential to me, and now I can't port it out because I'm being told that I need zoom phone license to do that, but my account is disabled and downgraded so it won't let it process. Overall situation is going to a bigger liability case for Zoom.
Account ending with 1627. Phone number which got stuck is ending 2774.
