my account is still showing basic after paying all invoices . It's a week ago . I contacted support team but they said your account is special and looking by a different team and i'm helpless but raising a ticket . ticket raised on 2 sept and till today no response from support team . Shame on Team Zoom . 

hi, I was just on a cat wit zoom. Zoom sending an offer of 20% discount 20 days before the expiry date but than also the next expiry date is brought forward of 20 days. When I pointed this out, the chat agent left the call !!  No big deal, still is a 15% off however I think a company with such brand and reputation should not mislead and treat like this its customers.

I have a free acct.   I auto-login with Google. I want to know my actual password (in case I want to login from another browser).   When I click forgotten PW, it just tells me to login via my Google account. How can I find out my current PW? (or is there such a thing)

Hello,   I was trying to upgrade my account from Basic to Pro with Annual subscription with offered promocode however the same isn't getting considered when moving ahead with check out option. "Promotional annual total" is not considered. It only consider "Annual total after promotion" which is the same as regular annual amount. No difference of promocode. The Let me know if I can purchase with promocode or not?  

I tried to change the email address on my account but it says the new address is already in Zoom. So I tried logging in with the new address and it asked if I want to activate the account. I don't want to activate it, I want to delete it so I can use that address elsewhere. Do I need to activate it first??

Hello, I have an online school and currently there are 3 of us (teachers) in our team. I want to know, If I get a pro plan and 3 licenses, can we have 3 different meetings with different hosts at one time? 

The Learning Center says: "You can upgrade your Zoom plan at any time. If you upgrade in the middle of the billing period, the account will be credited a pro-rated amount for the time remaining on your existing subscription and you will be charged for the upgrade with the credit applied." But it is not clear what subscription period will be provided? a year? or before the expiration date of the previous plan? How will the payment be considered?

I changed companies and so when I change the email account, it sends a confirmation/verification to the old company.  I have no access to that email account so I can't verify the change.  How do I get around this.   Thanks.

We have a megaevent tomorrow and outstanding payment message started showing from the evening. We paid on Aug 29, and apparently it got refunded on Sept 1 (no message received). We saw the message today on dashboard so we paid again using a different credit card this afternoon, the contradictory messages are still showing. Please help ASAP because event is 9 am IST tomorrow.

Hi,I have integrated Zoom API via JWT App on my website.I have purchased 10 licenses, with one main owner.Currently, only the main owner can view the upcoming/previous meeting history on the zoom dashboard and none of the other license members are able to see anything on the zoom dashboard.So in the web application, when I create a new session, I always have to select the min owner first and then do an alternate host to select the other members, after which they can start the meeting.Why isn't zoom recognizing the other licensed members as hosts/owners and why aren't they able to create the meetings directly or view the upcoming meetings.Currently, every new meeting created considers the main owner as the host.Please suggest
