As attached, we have qty of 2 zoom subscription will expire on 15th Feb. 2023. -       When will expired if added new subscription via edit current plan. -       What happen if pressed “Cancel Plan”? Can I still use our subscription after cancel plan?

Hi    I am an infrequent sole-trader zoom user and only need 2 max 3 attendees in any session but only way to now have meetings of > 40 minutes is to pay for something that gives me up to 100 attendees.  This is way over the top and while I don't really want to move away from Zoom I may have to as the costs associated with Pro are just too high.     Are there plans for any inbetween offerings for those of us in microbusinesses?   David

I tried updating from Basic Plan to Pro.   At the checkout it quotes £71.94 with discount applied, plus taxes   I select 'continue' and the discount disappears, resulting in a charge of  £119.40 plus taxes   Why is the discount being ignored?

I am based in the UK and have been using Zoom for several years on a paid account. I need to speak to someone from Zoom urgently because I am being double charged for my account. I have tried a number of approaches but have not been able to contact anyone who can address this issue. Does anyone have any suggestions?  

For the end time of the plan, does it match the time of subscribing (eg. subscribe at 9 am on 1st April, it will end at 9 am on 1st May too)? or ends at 11.59 pm on the last day of the subscription plan?

I have a Basic Account.  I only Zoom with one person at a time.  Recently I have been getting disconnected after 40 minutes - then a message pops up indicating I need to upgrade my account.  According to everything I have read that is not necessary since I can go beyond 40 min when zooming with only one individual.  Please Explain.

Zoom requires me to enter a verification code in order to access my admin account. However, the code was sent to the email account that I can't access anymore as it is no longer active.

Hi, I'm trying to cancel one subscription because we now have a business subscription. I'm registered with 3 mailadresses and lost from the account that I wanted to cancel the password. Now I find it and cancelled, but one week to late. So now the annual fee is already billed. Would love to write a quick e-mail to the customer service of Zoom, but cannot find their mailadress anywhere. Can you guys help me out? Thanks!!

I'm currently using a 'pro' payment system, but there's a maximum limit of 40 minutes. I have got account *********** and it is pro-account. It was made payment for next month. I use account for education goals. I registered my account in Kramatorsk Donetsk region. Kramatorsk was not occupied territory by Russian Federation, and now Kramatorsk is in Ukraine and is not occupied by Russian Federation. Now I am working in Lviv, Ukraine. Dear Sir As per your advise of permitting 20 % discount on bill I have permitted to debit my account. On verification it is seen that not only the discount is not provided but additional charges are also collected from my account for renewal.  So pl return the amount excess collected from me at the earliest.

Hi, I would like to have the notifications of "when attendees join meeting before host" sent to a second email (that I have on my phone) but I do not want to be receiving accounts related emails such as payment receipts on that second email.   How can I use one email for accounts and a second email for notifications?

how to solve thiseverything on this page is done and fixed but this still comes 

I have 2 accounts.  One I'm paying for and one is free.  Both accounts have separate emails associated with them.  The paying account is associated with my personal email.  The free one is associated with my business account.  I want to change my business zoom is what I'm paying and that my Zoom account will not be associated with my personal email.  

There is no support for such questions.Payment for using my account was taken 2 times last months. I have 2 receipts from 24th of December and 27th of December when payment was taken 2 times. Any help how to return my money?  All payment receipts I added into this email

I had to cancel my subscription. It is active until 4/27/22. For any meetings that were already scheduled after 4/27, will the links for those scheduled meetings still be usable or do I need to replace those with a new link? I am already using Google Meet going forward, but didn't want to change a meeting link if I didn't need to.
