I no longer work for the company that I used sign up for Zoom. It is a pro account, and I need that extra time for my other Zoom meeting room. How can I change that? I don't even have access to the old email account.

I have an account that I created so I could purchase Zoom.  The purpose is so at our fascility I can setup a single laptop that is used for our once a week meeting.  In doing that I am setting up that laptop for the sole purpose of doing the zoom meeting for us.  And as such I created the account under one of our major gmail addresses, thinking I could setup the zoom once and make it available for the meeting manager(which sometimes is a backup person) to start the zoom each week.  However, I realized after maybe too late, that person would then need the password to our google account.  Which I do not want to give out to the backup person starting this meeting for me when I am unavailable.  So two questions.  Either....  1. How do I setup zoom to remember the login and never prompt for password again.  or 2. How can I un-couple the login for this account so it does not need to use Google login, and can use a zoom only userID/Password.&nbs

I paid INR 1534/- for the zoom subscription but my account is still in basic mode. Please help Also, i want it for a month only. So please disable the auto-renewal

Sorry now I am FO all I want to do is delete my zoom account on this . The key chain has the wrong password details so I am unable to access the site to do so. I have enbrtered all of this before and the window disappeared. It ridiculous how much time is waisted on account of how these things are implemented. For heavens sake it is possible to create incredible complicated pieces of software yet something as simple as a pleasant or reasonable user experience is beyond the capabilities. Why?

Just got another email telling me "we've determined that your login and password for Zoom may have been compromised on another service." Questions: 1. What "other service?" With whom do you share my password? 2. This is the second time in a month. What is wrong with your security?

I need to change my sign-in email, but I cannot access my previous email  to confirm the change. So, what do I do to solve this? I tried to contact Zoom Support but not work

On advice from Zoom I changed the password.  But 2FA is not suitable for my users.  Many are old folk who may not even have a smart phone.  My meetings are not business meetings.  A new message threatens to change my password again. Martin Birdseye

I cant seem to find how to subscribe to Zoom communication emails. My colleague received an email regarding the new registration flow, but I did not. I do receive the security emails, etc.

Hello, nice to greet you.   My father mistakenly performed his zoom subscription process wrong. He only wanted to buy one license and mistakenly purchased ten. What options does he have so that he can cancel the nine licenses that he does not need and that he be reimbursed the amount of them?

Hello I am having a big issue with my account. I have tried several times to contact zoom with no help. I had a pro account with 5 licenses. An employee that is no longer with the company had a separate zoom account. My email was added to that account, but then it transferred all the information from my pro account to this account. However, now all the licenses had disappeared and it is making me repurchase them again.  Can anyone help? I have emailed zoom twice, tried the chat bot, and even called but no one helps. 

I checked my  inquiry, but I could not find my inquiry I had posted not long ago. I ask you again, I paid 1-year payment some months ago, but a message that asked me to change my password was popped, and I changed my password. After some hours I tried to open my zoom meeting as usual, but it was not open. Then I tried to open my zoom meeting with my new password. While I was using it, a message was popped, and it asked payment to me. I was disconcerted.  I have many chances to use my zoom meeting. Please settle this problem quickly.

my account is still showing basic after paying all invoices . It's a week ago . I contacted support team but they said your account is special and looking by a different team and i'm helpless but raising a ticket . ticket raised on 2 sept and till today no response from support team . Shame on Team Zoom . 

hi, I was just on a cat wit zoom. Zoom sending an offer of 20% discount 20 days before the expiry date but than also the next expiry date is brought forward of 20 days. When I pointed this out, the chat agent left the call !!  No big deal, still is a 15% off however I think a company with such brand and reputation should not mislead and treat like this its customers.
