Changing Account Email

I need to change the email that I have associated with my Zoom account but when I add the new email it says that it sent a confirmation email to the new email address BUT it doesnt actually send the email.

How do  you change the email account if it won't send the confirmation email?

    Hey @VDub2 for this you will need to submit a ticket to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 and for the Request Type: Account Management. After submitting the ticket be on the lookout for a follow-up email to the email address you provided.
