Does somebody know how long it takes that Zoom unlocks my pro account?

I payed via instant bank transfer hours ago and it still says "after receipt of payment we will inform you by mail".

    Hey @Helena02 has the license been assigned to your account? If not, I would suggest looking into the KB on Assigning Zoom licenses. You can look to see if the license is assigned by going to your profile https://zoom.us/profile > License
