My Billing Management shows I have Zoom One Pro but when I try to book a meeting the page says I have a 40 min. limit. How do I book a meeting for more than 40 mins? TIA!  Karin

So I'm trying to keep my account signed in so that I don't have to sign in every time, but when I tried to actually sign in without pressing the Sign in with Google button, I realized none of my potential passwords worked. I then went to my account settings to attempt to change my password, and there wasn't even an option. I am very confused and I don't know how to fix this. My account basically has no password. Does anyone know how to fix this?

We have a business account with 10 subs. Also is it possible to turn on 720p for only one sub account (ie, the one on which we have Webinar?) Thank  you!

I have a question:  Specifically on Data ip, whether we, as users, retain ownership of the data we generate or save while using the Zoom app, or if Zoom assumes ownership of this data? Many thanks.

I used my other email account for sing-up zoom account. Checked my junk mail and sure that my account is active, but still cannot receive the verification code.

We have a Zoom account that is shared by several people to host meetings. When logging into Zoom it often thinks that there is an unusual login and the hosts are asked to enter a verification code (please see screenshot below). The verification code is sent to the account email that these hosts have no access to. This is causing a lot of frustration and delays. Is there any way we can disable this logion verification? I would like to allow my assistant to manage the organisation of my Zoom meetings. She wouldn't attend them nor host them, but just manage the administrative side. Is this possible : a. with a basic account?b. and how do I let them see my meetings? I have added a new test user (Basic level) to my account but they don't see my meetings. Thank you in advance!

I have a paid pro acct. I could not log-in because my password didn't work. I changed the password, but when I did, it created a new basic account. Now I cannot access my pro account. The email and new password is associated with the new basic account and not my paid pro account. How can I get access back to my paid pro account with my original email address?

I received this very strange email from someone supposedly at zoom asking for a random 10 minute catchup. It seemed like an obvious phishing email, except it comes from a zoom.us account.
