Hello! I have a problem with use of my PRO account I'm paying since December, But I used it only once, Because my usual Basic account is also registerd to the same facebook. Can I acess it just with my email and a new password without facebook? Because Facebook is redirecting me always to the Basic account. But Im paying every month. Such a dissapointment... We have two Zoom (2) licenses and an add-on for Large Meetings and Webinars. that were paid and never delinquent. My users are currently in the Basic plan and whenever I assign a license to any of them it says that we ran out of licenses. This is ridiculous and we have events today and in the coming weeks that we can't monitor. What do we do from here? I've sent a ticket already.

The trouble began when I repeatedly selected an old password for my Zoom login. (I had more than one saved in my password vault.) I ended up locked out of Zoom before an important meeting but logged in using the password reset feature. After the meeting, I noticed my account was "basic" and not "licensed." When I attempt to use links for future scheduled meetings, I receive a message that "the host has not signed in." So, it appears the licensed account is still out there somewhere, and it uses the same email address as the new, basic account. How do I regain the licensed account?

I left my job and now I do not have access to that email. But that's the email linked to my Zoom account. Zoom won't change my email unless I reply from that email. I emailed Zoom support for help. I got no reply from them. Do I have to create a different account?
I have a temporary issue with not being able to get a hold of the admin that manages my zoom pro account. I have an existing scheduled meeting where I need to enable "Language Interpretation" on my account (It's wild that this needs to be enabled at the admin level). It seems like my best option may be to un-associate my account temporarily so that I can enable the "Language Interpretation" feature on the account. I want to be 100% sure that if I unassociate my account, that my existing scheduled meeting will still work with my account. Will I be able to enable "Language Interpretation" on my account, and then add the "Language Interpretation" feature to the already scheduled meeting, as long as it hasn't started?I'll need a 'pro' account for the "Language Interpretation" feature, will I be able to do a free trial for this having already been on a pro account (but paid
