Dear. We were not using zoom from last two months and bill is generated and send to us of two months. we tried to cancel the subscription, but not able to. kindly help us to cancel the invoices of last two months and presently want to renew the plan subscription
I left my job and now I do not have access to that email. But that's the email linked to my Zoom account. Zoom won't change my email unless I reply from that email. I emailed Zoom support for help. I got no reply from them. Do I have to create a different account?
I have a temporary issue with not being able to get a hold of the admin that manages my zoom pro account. I have an existing scheduled meeting where I need to enable "Language Interpretation" on my account (It's wild that this needs to be enabled at the admin level). It seems like my best option may be to un-associate my account temporarily so that I can enable the "Language Interpretation" feature on the account. I want to be 100% sure that if I unassociate my account, that my existing scheduled meeting will still work with my account. Will I be able to enable "Language Interpretation" on my account, and then add the "Language Interpretation" feature to the already scheduled meeting, as long as it hasn't started?I'll need a 'pro' account for the "Language Interpretation" feature, will I be able to do a free trial for this having already been on a pro account (but paid

Hi, I paid and have an upgraded account with Zoom, but I recently changed my email, and when I did that, it disappeared, and now says I need an upgraded account. i am trying to upgrade my zoom account to pro, when do I need more than one license?
I have a monthly subscription for a Zoom account that I will call Account A. Every month, my credit card is debited and I receive an invoice for Account A at a particular email address. However, when I login to Zoom via that email address, I arrive at a different account – not Account A but Account B. I want to cancel my subscription for Account A ... but I can't, because I can only access Account B. I don't know if it's possible to have multiple accounts registered with the one email address. In case it is, I reset my password with Account B, hoping that when I logged in again via the email address it would take me to Account A rather than Account B. Unfortunately, though, it took me to Account B. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Hello, I have a issue with changing my password on zoom. Every time I try to reset my password, zoom sends me an email saying, "You recently requested assistance signing into zoom. Based on our records, to sign with Google, click the button below, then select sign in with Google" It then gives me a link to sign in on their website and not the page to reset my password. Please help.

Long time ago I created zoom account. But today zoom when I logging zoom account on google zoom asked me to my birthday and details. Then I entered my details site give me a new account. I can't access my past account. I don't why please tell me to that answer. And I don't have my past recordings also.
