Clips

Not sure where else to post this, but after a few weeks of problem-free use my Zoom client is not working right.I'm trying to record a clip, and during processing/finishing I keep getting error code 2002. The best I can find is that this is related to an SSO, but I'm using an e-mail/password to sign in with no SSO. In addition, I have a test clip I recorded that has been processing for nearly 24 hours and is still not fully processed. I'm not sure how to clear this as it seems to be on the zoom cloud. I tried uninstalling my desktop app/clearing cache, restarting and re-installing with no success.Has anyone else faced issues like this?

I pay for a zoom workplace subscription and am keen to use the clips function. However it does not seem to exist. I have tried this advice https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057723#h_01H64903M3N071JW5RTYB9PRHY but none of what is described comes up- there is no clips option from the settings tabs. I am absolutely sure of this. In fact, I have no problem in locating and using the clips function from my free zoom account where it shows up exactly as described in the article above and can be enabled with ease. But I would like to be able to produce longer clips than this allows. Please help or advice me how I can contact Zoom engineers so that this can be rectified.  Many Thanks.

this doesn't really fit under Meetings, but there's no Clips category.I want the Call to Action button at the end of a clips to direct to a survey. I tried pasting the survey link into the URL field for the CTA button but it gives me an error (invalid format).Essentially, I'm using the survey to collect the name (required) of the people I send the clips to as proof that they watched it and also collecting their rating for the clip and feedback.Any advice?Anyone got Surveys working via the CTA button on Clips?Is this the best way to do this?

I cannot find the feature "clips" in my paid account. I followed the bot suggestion on where to find it in my account but it is not there. please help . i need to record for work today 

So i have started a podcast and I have recently accomplished my first 3 episodes by using the Clips option to use the audio for the podcast.  This latest episode i recorded is not processing the clip in order for me to download to a file onto my icloud like before. its been almost 48hrs and it still saying, "preparing clip, please try later". Ive refreshed a couple of times but no luck and really dont want to lose my recording.  Thanks in advance

I have a VIP account with Zoom, which is basically a Zoom Pro account. I don't see the option for Zoom Clips. Is there a way to get this enabled for me?  I would really like to use this feature. Any help is appreciated. 

I am testing out the brand-new Zoom Clips feature, but I don't see any way to download the clips. Will that be added, or am I missing it?    Also, are the facial features such as Touch Up My Appearance mirroring what I have set up in my account? I am noticing a softer filter and wonder how this is managed or modulated.    Thanks!    Nancy

According to the Tutorial video at this link (at 3 minutes into that video), any video file you upload to a Chat , which is less than 30mb in size, should show up as embedded inside the chat for playing right there.   https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/getting-started-with-team-chat?id=team_chat_guide   But that is not what we see. I have uploaded a 2mb MP4 video, which I made with Zoom Clips actually. I used the File Upload to post it to the chat room.   When anyone clicks the video in the chat, it makes them download it. Then they have to go browse to it. Then double click it just so they can watch it.   Has zoom changed this condition for chat rooms now? The tutorial is wrong?

I created Zoom clips and want to see to clients via email. However when copying the link the link is very long in the body of the email. The copied link looks very unprofessional and to long. Is there a way to create a shorten link or a better way to send to share to people?  

I continue to receive an error message when trying to record a clip. It says "Please log in first to start recording a Clip. (Error Code: 206) but I am logged in. Is anyone else receiving this?  

 Once I am in the editing mode of a clip, can I trim a portion and then start recording again from that spot? I haven't figured out how to so that.

It doesn't look like there is a location for the "Clips" feature yet so I've added this under "mail" as we're looking for an email feature or setting. We are looking to download the thumbnail when we click "share" for Clips. For example, in Vidyard, when you click share, it creates an image thumbnail with the link attached that can be copied into an email. It looks like the regular thumbnail selected in the program but adds a "play" button in the middle to show it links to a video. In Zoom, clicking "share" gives a long link to the video only. It does not appear you can download the thumbnail with the link or separately. Is this possible to do with Zoom?

While recording the Zoom Clip, i am facing an Issue. At the start of the Clip, if i select Own Video, then i am not able to shift to Screen Sharing plus Own Video. The Clip controls during the recording of the Session does not allow to keep switching between the options for more impacting presentation. Kindly assist if there is a way 

In the new Clips feature, when recording a screen share and presenter's video, the size and location of the presenter's video seems to be locked in the bottom left corner in the free version of Zoom. This default location is despite being able to move the inset around on the shared screen window prior to or during recording. Is this something that is adjustable in the paid subscription ? Running the Zoom app on Mac OS12.7.2

My account limits the clips to five. If I delete one, can I create a new one. The documentation I have read does not directly address this.

I recorded a clip (44 min.) and I couldn't download it

According to the zoom manual on using CLIP recordings, I should have an option to be able to download mp4 versions of my chat recordings. It doesn't work. Hello, I started testing the clip function today and it seems great. However if I download a clip, once downloaded the Zoom app then totally hangs leaving me no option but to close it via task manager (Windows 11). I wondered if anyone else is experiencing this and if there is a solution. The created clip is not affected, nor is the downloaded clip. My zoom version appears to be 5.16 Incidentally I could not easily work out which board to post this to so I chose meetings.

I can't find the appropriate board to post a clips question. I hope this gets to the right person to help me... Clips seem to work very well but I am having one problem. I want to create a clip that demonstrates how to enable call queues from the zoom client. This entails clicking on my profile picture to bring up a menu, then click on Receive Shared Calls. However, the menu doesn't not display on the clip. I can navigate through the tabs with no issue, but I can't demonstrate how to select options on my profile menu because clips will not record it. Is this by design? Or am i doing something wrong?

Would like clip recordings to work with green screens so that virtual backgrounds work properly.

I can use my webcam in a meeting but not in zoom clips. How can I do that?

Hi - I recorded a clip using the new beta but can't see how to download it. I found a page with FAQs that says the page would give that option but it's not there. Can you help ?
