I am attempting to share a zoom video clip with someone. I've added her email address to my list as someone with whom I want to share this video. I give the person the link for the clip.  Yet when the link is entered and she selects the download link, she gets an error that says, "The clip owner's admin turned off the download setting." A few questions: 1) Does this person have to be "logged on" to zoom with that email address to download the clip?2) Is there a way for me to share this clip (temporarily) with everyone regardless of whether or  not they log in? I would only do so for as long as it takes this one person to download, and then I'd re-secure the permission. Thanks for your help.

Hello Zoom Community,  Can someone instruct me please where to find the annotate function when recording on Clips using a Windows PC? The quick start guide for Zoom Clips states it should be located on floating toolbar but I am unable see it!  I have a Zoom Workplace Pro account.  Thank you 

Is it possible to retrieve clips through the API? I can get recordings for a meetings/webinar and tried to use the /users/{userId}/recordings but the clips are not included. Thanks

Hey Zoom, the AI summary of the clips are great, and I can't believe it doesn't create an AI-generated title yet! Can you add that feature ASAP? It is super annoying having to change the title of each clip from - "Account Name" Clip and Date - each time.

Hey Zoom Team! Is there a plan to better integrate your new awesome Clips feature to Slack? Use cases I'm thinking are things like /zoom clips new and /zoom clips share (from a list of previously recorded ones). 

All day I'll turn to my second monitor and discover Zoom clips has somehow started on it's how, camera and mic on and ready to record without me clicking or opening anything Zoom related. Working away in Adobe InDesign to be specific.Is it possible I've been hacked and someone is trying to use Zoom clips to get access to something on my machine? The machine also spins up as if it is working hard.  It's super annoying and wish Zoom clips would stop popping open on its own.

Hello Tech Support, It has started recently - I'm typing in Word or WhatsApp and whenever I press (Alt+C), which for years has been a way of producing a specific letter in a language other than English, it now opens up a window for a new Zoom clip. It makes my work a real hassle as I cannot type properly or need to log out of Zoom whenever I want to type anything.Disabling Clips does not seem like a viable option for me as I would like to use them too - I believe you created them to be used! Could you please fix it this ALT+C shortcut on Zoom as soon as possible? Best regards, K.

I am currently recording my screen using Zoom's Clips feature. However, I am restricted to a resolution of 720, with the auto mode also being 720. How can I achieve 1080p quality? Does it depend on the Zoom plan I am subscribing to?

Hello,I'd like to be able to share my entire Zoom clips playlist with my team. But I don't see an option to do that. Looks like I'm only able to share individual clips. 1. Is there a way to share the entire playlist link with my team members (who may or may not be signed into Zoom)?2. If this feature is not yet available, can it be made possible by the Zoom Team?Thanks!

Hi, I want to record my full screen while myself explaining a concept and I started trying 'Clips' for that.    My problem is that I record a video of my screen in Zoom but only part of my screen is shown while the rest is a black background. How do I resolve this ?   Also is 'Clips' the best alternative or it can also work doing a Zoom Meeting myself and recording it ?

Can anyone help!I attempted to cut the last piece of a video using the trim button and unfortunately I cut the main piece I wanted to keep!!  Is there any way I can retrieve the piece I trimmed 😞

Is there a way to just add a chapter to clips? The highlights auto-generated is not very reliable to me. And going through the entire 1-hr long meeting to edit it takes too much time. Editing chapters seem to be easier, but I cannot just download the chapter or adding a certain chapter to Clips. I see this really limited the potential of both chapter and Clips feature.

I'm trying to automatically add any new recordings into clips so that "reviewers" who watch the clip can comment at timestamps. I'm in a company zoom account, so I have admin access and can see all recordings/clips. I know I can manually add a recording to clips, but I want to be able to add any new recordings as well. Is this possible with Zoom API?

Hello, It says based on your current license I can creat up to 5 clips. Is that 5 clips per month or only 5 clips forever. If I delete them all, can I create 5 more?

Hey,    I have a zoom clip with 1 hr 28 mins record time. There's no option to download it from the '...' icon like with my other shorter clips. Also, it shows as having 0 seconds of record time when in fact it's 1 hr 28 mins! Has anyone else had this issue? How can I fix this?   Looks like a Zoom error to me!   Thanks
