Annotate function on Clips

Hello Zoom Community,

Can someone instruct me please where to find the annotate function when recording on Clips using a Windows PC?

The quick start guide for Zoom Clips states it should be located on floating toolbar but I am unable see it!

I have a Zoom Workplace Pro account.

You should be able to see your annotation tool in the floating toolbar.
