会社の有料会員の招待のURLをクリックする前に、同じメールアドレスで自分で無料会員で登録してしまい、Zoomにログイン出来なくなりました。また、パスワードリセットをしてもメールアドレスにメールが飛んできません。どうしたらログインできますでしょうか。

Does Zoom have a capability to allow participants to be called versus dialing in - similar to WebEx

Today - 28th of December I had to break few lessons with my pupils because zoom was not usable - video and audio problems. Lost money because of that. It happened in the morning and in the evening again. Any others had this problem? I tried with other internet connection - the same result.  Any idea? If it happens one day more, i am going to leave zoom because only today I lost money with it.

Does Linux Mint version have multipin feature? If not any idea when it will be implemented? Thanks so much!

I recently clicked on "Save Chat" while in a meeting. Now, after the meeting has ended, I want to retrieve the chat I saved but it is nowhere to be found. I have logged into the desktop client and logged into my account, but nothing is there in chats.  

A friend had a stroke and she has amnesia. Some of us from the zoom group bought a device so she would have a device unfortunately we don't have a password so she can get into zoom is there any way to bypass that so I could set up this device for her? I have her email address phone number and of course first and last name if that helps.

Can someone please tell me how to access my zoom account from a new device? I have zoom on my Macair and I want to be able to use it from my new iPad.

Hi Folks, I think there's an assumption that this group (Chat) is intended for general chat in the Community - but in fact (I believe) it is supposed to be for discussion about the Zoom Chat product (the Chat platform within Zoom itself). How can we clarify this? Rupert

In the Windows/Mac desktop client, chat formatting is available (bold, italic, bullet lists etc). In the Linux client I only have the option to format as code. When will the Linux app reach feature parity with the other clients? This is a pretty annoying limitation!

For some reason, Zoom is not allowing me to login to my recording. The other party recorded the meeting, and it just asks me for the captcha over and over and over.

Hi.  Last New Year's Eve I did a Zoom chat with friends and we did a quiz from Youtube.  I intend doing the same thing this New Year's Eve but can't find how I got a Youtube quiz on Zoom.  Can anyone help me on this please?

I am recording some interviews for a grant I am working on.  I saved the first video I made in the Cloud and now I can"t share it because it is asking for a passcode.  I should have saved it on my computer instead.  Can someone tell me how to get the video from the cloud and save it on my PC?  Thanks!!

I hosted a webinar for a client but forgot to record it. Can you access the recording and the chat conversation when not recorded, will Zoom have it?

The Zoom icon disappeared from my dock. I pulled it back, but it disappeared again. Now I cannot even find Zoom in my applications folder. The only way I can get into any of my mtgs is by going in as a guest. The zoom icon disappears from my dock as soon as I exit Zoom.Any ideas? Help?
