Hello allI subscribed to Zoom Pro on 12/01/22 however on 01/15/23 my account has been downgraded without any notification or reason . I had bought the subscription for the whole year and have now lost very important meeting recordings . Please help me 

, I used to pay for two of them, but now I need one, and I don't know to delete one so as not to pay two this month.

we are facing problem in zoom all videos of participants are fluctuating 

When I click the orange camera on my computer to start a meeting it starts a meeting fine but when my participants try to get it it tells them I am in another meeting.  I have to start the meeting on my phone and switch it to my computer.  Then once we are on the computer it boots me off every ten minutes and automatically restarts the meeting.  I am not sure how to fix this problem please help.

Computer Camera is good but a little shade occur sometime while using zoom.That is happen in many of my friend't laptop too. 

How can i get the schedule pop up on controller zoom room 

I work for an university and we uninstalled the old zoom version (5.6.1). Then we installed the update version (5.13.0). After 2 or 3 days it rolls back to 5.6.1. What is the issue with zoom rolling back to older versions?

WHEN I INVITE A CONTACT AND I AM ABOUT TO ADMIT THEM THE SCREEN BECOMES GREEN AND STARTS SHAKING MAKING FUNNY PICTURES

I received a Zoom invite link, but when I tried to use the link to accept I received the error "Sorry, you cannot use this link to add friends. (124)". My Basic account is tied to my Gmail address, but the invite was sent to my other personal email address (provisioned by Google, but not a @gmail.com address). After looking at the (limited) advice here, I tried creating a second a second Zoom Basic account using the other email address, but I get the same error when I am logged in with the new account. Being logged in with the Linux Zoom client vs. web browser only doesn't appear to matter. This does not appear to be a new problem. How do I fix this? These are both personal, Basic accounts. Neither is tied to an organization, but both use Google for the login.

I have 310 cloud recordings on Zoom. Is there any quick way to move them to a flash drive without saving them to my hard drive first?Thank You

I have the basic plan. I recorded a meeting, with hosts permission yesterday but cannot find the video.i recorded it to iCloud where I have an account. All replies gratefully received.

My company is migrating from Slack to Zoom. Slack notification will appear depending on which window Slack is in. I'm using a laptop connected to a hub with two external monitors. So, moving Slack to any monitor, notification will appear there. I have one of monitors checked as main display, and it seems Zoom Team Chat's notification will appear there regardless of which monitor the app is in. How do I go about changing this? I have my Focus Assist turned off, do I have to enable this?I'm on Windows 10 Pro, Notifications & Actions do not have Zoom listed here. Thanks!

When calling sb. via Skype you can hear a ring tone, so you know it is calling. But when contacting a person via Zoom there is no ring tone. Is there a setting I've not found yet or is it Zoom that does not provide this feature?

Hi, some colleagues from my company are having problems with video recordings.After finishing a recording they fail to download the video recording as usual - the only file available is an audio file.My company account has a Pro plan. I am prepping a meeting and with a few people we were able to make each other co-hosts. Then we were trying to share the screen to see the zoom settings but the other people weren't able to view what I was viewing, only my home screen. Why is that?
