I have tried multiple time to cancel my subscription and it want go through 

On my account a user has a pending license we would like to make it active. How do we do that?

I have a support request BIL0719969 regarding a billing issue and I seem unable to get action on this.How can I get Zoom Support to give this attention?I am hoping Zoom Support is unlike Microsoft Support where very little is provided except by the Community.Regards Peter Ellenby

I purchased 3 licensed Webinar 1000, but now I no longer need that much, I want to keep 1 licensed Webinar account only. However, on March 22, Zoom issued the invoice for 3 licensed Webinar 1000 (I forgot to cancel before March 22) I cannot pay that much. So I refused to pay the invoice, is there any suggestion for my case?

Hi! I created a new zoom account in error while trying to upgrade, only to realize there was a typo in the email address. As such, i am unable to log into this newly created account, and it is connected to my credit card now and a subscription is being charged, which i need to be cancelled. Can someone from the Zoom team help please?

Greetings!We are a school and recently many of our students have received a message that says Access Blocked: Your instructions admin needs to review ZoomOur Admin did their best to review but unfortunately, the problem is still not solved.Sent several tickets and now it is 96 hours and yet to hear from Zoom.Wow, during payment time Zoom followed very fast but now we are a customer for three years, and yet we get this WORST SUPPORT

Is it possible to have the payment processed emails sent directly to our accounting department and not to me, the user on the Zoom account? Please say yes! How to do this?

Hello. Every time I open up my zoom client on my windows PC, I see a message which says my credit card info has expired" So I go to the website and re-enter my credit card into and hit submit. It accepts it just fine and the mesage goes away. A day or two later, the message re-appears. I've checked and double-checked the credit card information and it is all correct. I've tried reaching out to customer support but apparently my account doesn't allow me to do that, which is incredibly annoying.  I'm happy to give Zoom money if they will only let me.  Can someone help me determine if I'm doing something wrong on my end?  -Dave

This decision was initially made under the assumption that it was not possible to host multiple meetings simultaneously from a single account.However, I have recently come across information suggesting that it is indeed feasible to conduct different meetings at the same time using just one account. I would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm the accuracy of this information. Specifically, I am interested in knowing whether a single Pro account can be used to host multiple concurrent meetings.Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

Hi I’m looking for advice as I have contacted Zoom numerous times and just gets the same response which does not address the issue. I paid to renew my Pro subscription at the end of January, before my contract expired. Despite this Zoom downgraded my account. The payment shows on my account as a credit less £9 or so. Each time I contact Zoom they just say renew my account. They ignore the £146 credit on my account. I have tried to renew my account but when I do so it does not credit me the £146 so I do not want to renew until the £146 is credited or refunded, but Zoom are ignoring correspondence sent via their help line. Advice as how to resolve this is much appreciated.

I've been with Zoom through workinglive since 2020, and have always had the enterprise account which allowed for unlimited time and up to 500 attendees. Last week, unexpectedly, zoom downgraded my plan to Basic with no explanation and I can't get any response from Zoom. Has anyone else had this issue?

Im trying to set up my account so that anyone without a zoom account can join my zooms, is this something that can only do on a pro account or am i able to set this up using the free zoom account, cheers

I added a new Zoom One Pro user to my account and it prompted me to set up the new account by sending an email to the new user. I put in the wrong address and I dont see where i can redo my error.  The only place to my knowledge where you can add users is in the "Setup Guide" section on the left side menu. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thank you!

Our company currently has MONTHLY Zoom Webinars subscription that we get invoiced for and pay on a monthly basis but are being told that we are locked into an annual contract that coincides with our Zoom One Business Licenses.  We need to cancel the MONTHLY Zoom Webinars subscription as it is no longer in use and were told by our previous account manager that since it is MONTHLY we could cancel at any time.  There is nothing in the terms that states we cannot cancel before the next month's bill.  Please assist in cancelling this subscription and escalate to the highest level if needed.  Thank you.
