Hello, I have a basic account which allows me only 40 minutes. We also created an account which is billed 12.99/month, but I dont know the login and password for that billed account so I can;t use it. Also a problem is (I think) that the free account and the billed account use the same email address. So I am paying for a membership every month that I can't use. Can I transfer the billed account somehow to my existing account? Or what shall I do?
