Hi all , i have an add on (Zoom Webinars | 500 Attendees) one month subscription which will expire after 3 days (25April 2024 ) and i have scheduled a zoom webinar at the same day . how can i renew it for another one month ? when the Place order button become activated to renew for another month ?

I've received a payment, but my account hasn't been upgraded. When I look at the bill history, nothing comes out. What should I do in this case? I paid for the Zoom app through the Google Play Store and even the free trial version wasn't applied. The payment details just came to my Google email from the Google Play Store, and although the payment was made, it wasn't applied at all, so I was angry.

I was reading another thread about the possibility to request an OTP Exception after this new security was recently implemented.  I am not finding a way to email Zoom support.  All I get when clicking contact us are articles.  *********** bounces back saying that email is not monitored. Thanks!

Why price of Annual Pro license increased from $149.9 to $159.9 ? 

I have been trying to stop billing me for zoom plans which I  I cancelled in Sept 2023 . Last 6 months they continue to bleed me in spite of fact that status shows as Cancelled plan !!Agony is its no easy way to contact and resolve this and I am getting frustrated after chasing them for last 6 months though my back. Last resort  looks like Lawyers I am appalled to see the amount  time and effort wasted in resolving such a simple issue.I continue to get ripped off  each month in spite of repeated support tickets to cancel and stop billing. Last 6 months every month its agonizing to know there is  now way to get to team and get it resolved effectively

I am in a zoom meeting, someone hacked into my computer to enter ther meeting and wrote offensive graffiti drawing on the screen. the host found out it was coming from my computer and put me out of the meeting. How do I find out who it was and how to stop it in the future. This is the first time this has happened to me. any suggestions

I have a small client with 10 employees who want to set up Zoom. Most users will be using Zoom Basic, and only 3 accounts will have a PRO subscription. I know Basic accounts have a 40-minute time limit, while PRO accounts don’t have that limitation.Our question is related to the account setup.We can create an account for each employee using their company email, and each person manages their account, and some will upgrade to PRO.However, I’m wondering if there is a way to create a “master” or admin account in Zoom.us where we can add users, purchase licenses, and allocate them. Is that possible?What is the best practice on this scenario?is better to use an admin account to manage users or every user/email alone?

How do you get ahold of anyone on customer support?  I can't seem to get anyone to assist me?

Dear Zoom, The annual pricing of full version is too much for educational institutions. My university does not have the budget to pay for the upgraded version. My private teacher rate is not high enough to justify the upgraded zoom subscription. Is there any chance you can offer us reduced education rate? I would be very grateful. I have a promo code that will not work - have tried all posted methods of how to use this.  Made a ticket and it has not been addressed in 4 days.  How do I get help with this???  Really disappointed in Zoom at this point.

I've purchased a Pro plan but just wanted to double-check; does this buy 30 hours of Zoom meeting time over the course of a week/month/year or is it meant to be 60 sessions of 30 minutes over the year, or something else?  

Hi, seeking help.  Had subscribed (renewed) the Pro License via Google Store but account still showing basic. Any advice please

I inherited a zoom admin account at a new job. I am not a zoom expert... The account type is shown as PRO. It has 5 paid licenses for 5 users in our company all who have the same domain name.  I invited the other employees of the company to the zoom account, everyone has the same email domain name. Some employees had setup paid Zoom accounts with their domain email in the past (not part of the 5 mentioned above). When they accepted the invite those paid accounts show in the organization as basic. If I remove those new accounts that are licensed and they login into them the account shows as licensed. It was my understanding that under these circumstances, those paid accounts invited in would retain the license that they have paid for. What am I missing?

Hello!We have account with current Business plan and it is locked to Reseller Partner for Billing and plan changes.Our company should make procurement of Zoom service in accordance with the legislation on procurement. And the winner of the tender are not current Reseller Partner.How can we unlock our account from current Reseller Partner ? Zoom support didn't respond to chat and emails. 😞
