Billing & Account Management

Hello, we are a charity with a Zoom account in the UK and have found out that we could apply for a discount to the plan via Charity Digital (this is called TechSoup in the US).  Our plan will renew on 28/10. I want to check whether we need to 1. cancel our existing account and then set up a new one to use the discount codeOR2. Apply for the coupon via Charity Digital and apply it to our existing plan before it renews.

Dear Zoom's team,We're writing with regard to the information about Zoom accounts for non-profit educational organization. We are the Vietnamese Meditation Center (Thien Viet) - a non-profit community education organization based in Vietnam. We're working with the goal of helping the community have a method to improve physical and mental health. It is known that Zoom has an account and support policy specifically for educational institutions, so we would like to contact Zoom's administration to know more about the policy and related special support. Could you please let us know if there's any supports for non-profit educational organization like us.

Since the new payment period starts today, I was going to pay by applying the TechSoup coupon. However, it has already been automatically renewed, and it is said that you have to wait a year to cancel it.I want to make a payment by adding more people, so please cancel it right away and let me know how to do a new one

The ATXPC Foundation is a non-profit company representing the needs of myself and thousands of other patients who suffer from this rare disease. The ATXPC Foundation intends to use zoom in order to host gatherings with other patients so that we can set an agenda to advocate for better care for ourselves ASAP, as well as to gather with others who can relate to this otherwise lonely experience of suffering. The medical community will not act on its own to help us, and we can't help ourselves without collective action.Do you give discounts to non-profits of this sort? Please let me know ASAP. Thanks so much.

Hi,My company have been using zoom paid service since March 2021. Since we are a non-profit, we got a certain amount of discount through techsoup. After a while, my account executive advice me to do some consolidation of my existing accounts and ask me to sign a document with an "initial paid subscription term" of 60 months, which is definitely too long for me. I think this is strange as I have never asked for such a long contract, so I emailed the account executive and got a reply:"You may opt to cancel within the duration of the 60 months, we are just using this standard to cover for the discounts that we are extending to our clients as all the discounts are subject to approval and may change from time to time."  (exact wordings of the account executive, I still have the email correspondence) Everything seems good. However, when I asked to reduce the number of license at Mar 2023, I got the reply:"Upon verifying we did receive your request after the services had been renewe

Hello! I'm brand new to this Board, we are a church and learned we can get Zoom at a reduced rate through TechSoup. How do I get confirmation/instruction from Zoom to make the switch, Thanks!

Hello,Can I please know if there is a discount for the non-profit society. It is the time for annual renew our account. I got a information from someone else with "discount for non profit society". Thank youHelen

On the website, it says to contact TechSoup for non-profit pricing. On TechSoup's website, it says "not in stock" - We would like non-profit price, but not sure we are getting it.  Wh

Hello do you provide any discount for non profit organization. Thanks

I keep getting billed every month, but when I go into the portal to cancel, it says I only have a basic subscription. And I can't get access to a human or live chat because... they say I only have a basic subscription. And yet I still get billed. This has been going on for months. I'm at my wits end. I can't call anybody. I can't write to anybody. I've blocked the charges from going through, but I'm worried about my credit rating being affected. What bizarro Kafka-esque AI world have I fallen into??

Hi everyone,My name is Elena, and I am a volunteer with a nonprofit organization registered in Georgia, which has a verified account on the global Benevity platform.I have learned that Zoom collaborates with nonprofits by offering products for free or at a discount. However, I’m having trouble finding the right contacts or the steps to take for this process. If anyone has experience or information on how to approach Zoom for this collaboration, I would greatly appreciate your guidance!Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Zoom Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am the Assistant Public Relations Director for the Organization of Academic Doctors. We are a nonprofit dedicated to promoting and supporting academic research efforts, particularly in Africa. We have been privileged to utilize Zoom’s reliable platform to conduct free research webinars aimed at boosting interest and participation in academic research across the continent. I am writing to discuss a concern regarding the recent revision of your service rates. While we greatly appreciate the robust services that Zoom provides, the increased rates pose a significant financial challenge for our organization. As we strive to make these educational opportunities accessible to as many participants as possible without incurring costs for them, it is crucial for us to manage our operational expenses wisely. In light of this situation, I am kindly requesting a waiver or a possible revision of the rates applicable to o

Hello,I have a TechSoup coupon code that I needed to use for my annual renewal of Zoom Pro, which was renewed today, 12/10/23. I misread and was confused with the instructions I was given on how to use the TechSoup discount code. Can you apply this code for me retroactively so I can take advantage of the discount? What do I need to do to make this happen for the resubscription that was done today?Thank you,Jim Patin

We are a small non profit who has had ongoing issues with making our Zoom account work for us for the second year in a row. We recently had to cancel our account in order to use a TechSoup coupon. We resubscribed using the coupon and our cc was charged. However, we are still on a "basic" account, not a Pro, what we paid for. In following the help articles it says we need to assign licenses. We follow the prompts and in trying to add licenses it says we are over the limit that we have paid for (3). However, I'm not able to find out who those licenses are assigned to.  Apparently, Zoom consumers are unable to access any kind of tech support. In accessing Billing live chat, I get conflicting answers and the one who tried their best to help screwed the account up even further. I have spent at least 12 hours on this issue in the past week and I am done. We are Zoom dependent and although I realize we are not a high value customer to Zoom as we are paying a reduced rate, we fully expect

Hi,We are a nonprofit organization with a Zoom One Business account. When our account was set up years ago, we did not take advantage of the TechSoup 50% zoom nonprofit discount. We would like to apply the nonprofit discount to our account.  I was told that we need to cancel our subscription and then resubscribe, applying the TechSoup discount to our new subscription. I'm wondering what the consequences will be of temporarily downgrading (canceling) our current subscription. Will our cloud recordings be saved or deleted? what about recurring meetings that are already scheduled -- will those meetings stay or will those need to be rescheduled? Are there other impacts of downgrading and then resubscribing?

We renewed our subscription on September 20th, using a 50% off TechSoup coupon. However, in checking our account, although the coupon was applied and accepted, the total billed is still the 100% plan cost.

Our nonprofit's zoom Pro was up for renewal in Jan 2024.  We received a 50% discount code through TechSoup and attempted to apply it.  Zoom would not accept the code.  Opened a zoom support ticket on 1/15/24 TS0468971, which went without response and couldn't be escalated.  Contacted TechSoup who gave us a NEW coupon code, which Zoom would also NOT accept and plan renewed at full price.  Opened Zoom support ticket BIL0406908 on 2/5/24 to request assistance (suggested by TechSoup).  NADA.  On 2/11/24, opened yet another support ticket on the same topic, BIL0436941.  I have screen shots of my unsuccessful attempts to enter the coupon codes, which are included in the support tickets. As of today, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING from Zoom support.  Zoom seems to have worked out its issues and will accept the coupon code, but it does so as of today, which means that this discount does not seem to apply to this year.  I want the coupon code to

It's now 5 years in a row we struggle to "renew" (ie cancel our Zoom business 10 users, and sign up again using a Tech Soup coupon). This year is worst of all.I cancelled the subscription but can't get the new service ordered, all I can do is reactivate the old service. No option for one year and no possibility to enter a coupon code.I'm so fed up with this painful experience.

i have cancelled the zoom phone subscription but the billing invoice was generated and i don't have money to pay because of it the transaction has been declining.I was about to cancel the subscription before hand but slipped from my mind and it got charged and it's been 10-15 days now.I don't want to be a defaulter but need to clear the outstanding payment somehow. Is there any way zoom could assist in this regard?

Hi all, My bill already past overdue, it takes around 1 week for my company to process the payment. May I know if I still can use my account normally until the next renewal? Thank you.

Hi, do any of you know how to contact support (not a bot) or change the billing period? Had my account cancelled due to personal circumstances in January 2025, Renewed in April 2025, but billed from January 2025. Can anyone help to reset the billing period? thanks

How to reset password when you forgot your old password

a friend tried to register zoom. Her computer recognized that she had already registered, but she didn't remember her PW. She can't change it, because she's asked to give the old one... How can I help her? Thank you

Does anyone have a coupon code for a yearly subscription? Not a new subscription.

Hi, I'd like to buy the Zoom-phone - US & Canada Unlimited package. When I proceed to checkout, I'm asked to enter Business Size, Business  Headquarters Country Region, and Address. My question is, do I need a registered business to buy this package? Is there a way to buy it as an individual and not as a business?
