I can't cancel my subscription
I keep getting billed every month, but when I go into the portal to cancel, it says I only have a basic subscription. And I can't get access to a human or live chat because... they say I only have a basic subscription. And yet I still get billed. This has been going on for months. I'm at my wits end. I can't call anybody. I can't write to anybody. I've blocked the charges from going through, but I'm worried about my credit rating being affected.
What bizarro Kafka-esque AI world have I fallen into??
