Billing & Account Management

When I schedule a new meeting and save it, I automatically get a pop up email with the invitation link included. I want to change the email that is being used in the automated email, can someone please tell me how to do this? I have two outlook accounts and its not using the once associated with my Zoom account, its using another email that is rarely used but is my assocated with my Microsoft ID. Can anyone please help me change it over. TIA Kimberly

I've tried to log into my professional zoom account, but it keeps stating that I only have a 40 minute limit despite paying for the professional account.  What can I do to gain proper access to my account.

Hi we bought 6 pro accounts from our reseller so the accounts are connected to his domain email and since ZOOM changed the security that every time i try to enter zoom from adiffrent computer it ask for acode that is send to his email and i need to wait for him can we do any change of it ?   its very hard to work like this    thanks 

I wanted to login to my Zoom client on my Apple Silicon Mac, and since I have been using Google, I decided to use Google to log in. However, no matter how many times I try, either error code 5003 or 1044 popped up. I live in China so I used a VPN to log in, maybe that is the problem. However, I also have a phone linked to my account, but Zoom won't send me a verification code when I ask for one, regardless of having a VPN or not. Seriously, How can I get this solved?

Hi I am Alson. my company has make payment for the zoom id *********** but i only allow to used up till 45mins. Is been months that i contacted zoom. By sending email but no one respond. What is happening with zoom? We already make payment and yet we cannot use it at all. And it deducted our money. 

I have two computers, Mac and Windows. I can sign in Zoom in Mac. But I can't sign in Zoom in Windows. The email address and password in Mac are the same as those in Windows. Why ? 

I use a Windows Machine. I have the email for sign in and the password for sign in at Profile Page. The password is valid because I have reset it and Zoom sent a notification to me that the password is reset to the email address I can see at Profile Page. I tried to sign into Zoom with the email address and the password but in vain. So I took a step to reset the password. I typed the email address I can see at Profile Page. Zoom sent to me the notification email saying that I asked the renewal in my sign-in password by the email address but they said the email address was not resisted. Profile page have the email address for sign-in. I can't sign into Zoom. How I should do ? 

I have just purchased the Zoom Pro plan and thought my account would shift to it but I am still on the basic plan. Any advice please?

You can add more licenses at Billing Page I am not attempting to change the number of webinar licenses anywhere, just move a large meeting license from master to sub

I put my new email into the account information months ago, but am still getting newsletters, etc at my old address. How can I update?

Hi all - trying to find a way to help a friend/collaborator reinstate her account asap. I tried to add her as a user to my account so that I could set her up as a co-host. When she tried to accept my invite, it automatically deleted her account and refunded her money. She has important meetings coming up very soon (like within the hour) - any ideas how to get her back up and running with her old account so all of her data isn't lost??? Thank you!! 

Hello. I do have an issue with my billing in the 1st month:   I would like to know how the billing for this 1st month is, as the service was not active until the 18th and my number was ordered on the 16th or the 17th (January) and I was charged on the 5th January but the activation date was on the 3rd January.   Between the 3rd January and the 18th January there are 15 days with no service.   It makes sense at least to me to not pay for something that did not exist, and that was not available as there was neither an assigned number nor this one had been requested.   Could someone guide me through the correct email address to solve this?   Thanks. I am trying to sign up for Zoom Webinars. I am getting this error   "We are unable to process this request due to an issue with the credit card, please contact your bank or try a different payment method."   - Can I use a Debit Card? - Are Amex Cards OK?

Good evening. I've had a Zoom account for over two years. About two months ago, Zoom sent me an update. Since then, I've had nothing but issues. Today, I deleted the Zoom app and was trying to reload it. But I can't get it back on my computer. I pay $14.00 per month for the zoom program. Could you please assist me with the install and the download???

Hi,   I recently tried to sign up for a Zoom account with my organization email.  I mistakenly clicked that I was part of an educational institution providing services to students and it is now prompting me for more information.  I do not want this feature.  However, every time I go to retry to create my account with my org email, I am brought to the page where it prompts me for more information about the education institution.  How do I bypass this?

 I use zoom to set up meetings and join meetings. this has been a free account. i see a $15 charge to my credit card. Can I stay a free user. I rarely set up meetings and mostly use as a client.

Hello friends, My zoom accoung has been donwgraded to Basic. My payment for Dec was processed. How do I get back to a pro status as my meetings are only getting reocorded for 40 mns and I need then to be recorded for longer duration. Request if anyone can help with this query. Thanks

Hi, I'm leading a small (50 members) not-for-profit group and would like to set up a meeting for discussions. Most of our members are not businesspersons and do not have zoom experience.  I'm on a free account - can I set up a meeting so that these folks can simply join via web browser and entering meeting ID?  Is this something I need a pay-account in order to do? If they get a pop up asking them to start a zoom account, download, etc I will have objections. I need to make it simple for them, as many do not use computers very often. Ideally, I would send them a link to "join zoom meeting" and instructions to simply input the ID number.

hi, I'm trying to find an e-mail contact for zoom because I believe I received a scam e-mail about billing issues. It seems to have my credit card details so I'm trying to find out if my account has been hacked and my credit card compromised or if the e-mail was actually legit. I cannot find an e-mail contact anywhere on the website, only FAQs. Can someone help me? thanks.
