Problem with professional account saying I'm lack account

I've tried to log into my professional zoom account, but it keeps stating that I only have a 40 minute limit despite paying for the professional account.  What can I do to gain proper access to my account.

I have the same problem this morning. I have Zoom Standard Pro Annual, but Zoom logged in as a Standard account, and my meeting that I scheduled yesterday was not there.....had to revert to a phone meeting. Still can't log into the Pro account.
