I sign in my account, go to billing then to facturation and it says no invoice.  How can I see my past invoices? I need to download some of them. Thanks LL

How can I lower my payment I am currently paying $15 am I seldom uses my zoom 

My account had been disabled by Zoom trust and safety team. But I have important recording in cloud. I do need to get back all my data. Could you please help me to take it back. 

Hi,I'm currently using pro monthly plan, Now I would like to convert it to annual planwithout paying the monthly subscription and straight way pay full annual plan amount.I could not find a way to do so. I'm hesitant to cancel the current plan as i have recordings. please assist

Good evening. We used to have two licences but sind March 1st have upgraded to three licences and were charged for the third licence. The third licence also appears on our account under users but, when I try to schedule meetings under this 3rd licence it is NOT available. I have already sent 4-5 tickets from my Zoom site. What else can be done, as I need to schedule several meetings urgently

I have a paid Zoom account which was set up with an old email address which is no longer in use. I am unable to access it as it wants to now send a code to my email address after I have entered my log in details.The email address does not exist which means I can not get the code.How am I able to access my Zoom account?I desperately need it for my business.I have the password and email address to log on but with the code it wants to send me I am not able to do so.  Thanks

I am locked out of my own meeting! I am the secretary for a 12 step group, that meets 7 days a week, Its not my account, but I am a trusted security key holder, so I went in to open the meeting which starts in 5 min, lost my internet, it came back on, tried getting back in, but I already enabled the waiting room. What can I do to get in????? I have tried contacting the account holder to no avail. I know her personally. Please help. I do have the security key

I  own 211 Enterprise Host SeatsI also own 211 Large Meeting 500 Participant LicensesQuestion is does a Large Meeting 500 Participant License also consume an Enterprise Seat?  Or can i have 422 different users assigned to the licenses?

Renewing my annual fee I was told it would be 139,90 € for Zoom One. Today however I was charged via paypal 106,04 € What does this mean? Is the difference to 139,90€ still going to be charged?

I purchased a Zoom 500 Webinar for one month but anticipate that more than this will attend. If I upgrade my current plan now to Zoom 1000 Webinar, before the original (500) plan expires, will the new (1000) plan start at the end of the current billing plan OR for the remainder of the current billing plan?

I am the admin for our charity Zoom accounts.  I suspect that one of our users has given their login details to friends and/or family because I keep getting "Device or location you don't normally use" reports (See the image below)Is there a way to receive a report of the location(s) so that I can challenge the user?This is my first time in this forum, if my choice of Location is incorrect I apologise!Many thanksU3A Webmaster

I need to change the email that I have associated with my Zoom account but when I add the new email it says that it sent a confirmation email to the new email address BUT it doesnt actually send the email.How do  you change the email account if it won't send the confirmation email?

Hello, I recently received an email from zoom stating that my account is using more than the available cloud recording storage and that Cloud recording will be disabled on Jan 11. This is an integral part of our business and I cant afford for this to happen, it shows me that I have used 334.28 GB (6686% used)  of the available 5 GB (I dont understand how this is possible??) and that I either need to delete or buy additional storage space, when I go to the page to purchase it I can see that it's asking me to pay 100/month for 1 TB of space, is this what I need to purchase? My billing will go up from 19$ monthly to 119$ monthly for the cloud space, is this the only option? I'm confused as how if I am allowed only 5gb how have I been able to use 334, is there any way around this? I am not able to connect with zoom representatives! Please help!
