I would like to add monthly licenses to my annual Zoom One Pro account. But I am not finding a way to do that. Does anyone know if I am able to do this?  

I have paid two bills 650 and 629.03 today. I am not upgraded tp pro plan till now.

Hi, I have changed my sign in email but when I sign out and try to sign in again the system reverts to the old email and because I don't own that email we can't access our account.     Help   Thanks, Debbie

I am the owner/admin of our account with about 15 users.  I have a licensed account but hardly use it.  As the owner/admin, can i drop down to a basic account and give someone else my licensed account?  thank you!

I  get signed  in automatically but with old email  and password. How do I change it? 

How do I contact someone at Zoom?   I pay for a Pro account monthly and have since June.  My meetings go well over the 40 minutes of a Basic plan but It says I have only Basic.     Can someone suggest how to directly contact Zoom about this problem?  Many, many thanks.  

I have just paid monthly plan. but I got message that auto pay facility has been activated successfully.. I want to canceel auto upgrade facility. Please remove it.

I pay £7.19 every month, but this month I got charged double the fees; £14.39! I can't contact Zoom team. What should I do. Shall I cancel the subscription before the renewal date or what? 

Hello I'm being charged $273.11 for a cloud overage fee from Jan 14, 2023 to Jan 16, 2023. I recently contracted a 30 GB extra cloud storage + my usual pro account. If I check the cloud storage report, it says that I used between 7.82 GB and 12.72 GB in that time. I attached the graphic to this message. I don't understand where those extra GB may come from. Is this a common mistake?

Hi all, My company has an upgraded pro account (let's call it Account A), and I have a personal free account (let's call it Account B).  We want to change the ownership of Account A to me (meaning that the login will be done using my email). I saw this article, but I don't see the "Change Owner" button.  Pls, help me sort this out.  N    

Is there another way to charge Zoom besides card and paypal that also ends up being a credit card?

We are upgrade the account from monthly to yearly & we paid the amount also. Now monthly basis amount is auto-debited from my card & invoice is also generated.

Is it possible to move users to another zoom account? We would like to move 4 users from account b to account a and then discontinue account b. We have 3 Zoom One Business users and 1 Zoom Webinars user. The Zoom Webinars has scheduled meetings for the next three months. Thank you for any assistance

I do not use one of my licenses and I wanted to remove it. I got to customer service, which was horrible, but he said he adjusted it and will only be billed for one. I have given it two weeks and it still says I'm going to be billed for both. There's no edit button on the phone like there is for zoom one. I've tried to contact support and just get caught in an endless bot chat.    Any help is appreciated.

Confirmation of change of email address - no access to old account. Can someone tell me how to get a confirmation email to the new account? I do not have access to the old account anymore.  

Is it possible to cancel the auto-renewal subscription after the termination period (when it has already been prolongrated) und will the annual payment be refunded in this case? And why Zoom doesn't notify their users in advance that the subscription will be automatically prolongated unless cancelled by the last day of the current subscription?

Hello friends, I had been using Zoom for a couple of years joining in people talks. that was I had a free account, then. but last year I thought, I might try to do some talks myself so I bought a paid one. but I never used it much or and I wasn't successful at it. As it happened I had to change my bank account, it got hacked. so this year after my paid account finished and Zoom, couldn't get their money, They keep sending me emails saying to pay. ? I'm trying to create an account to one new employee and I've tried a several time but I never receiving the email with the verification code to be able to create the account. We are more than 20 people and all goes well with all other account but this one bother me.... I can't try with another email address because he have only one name 🙂 and it's impossible that someone else already have this email address because it's in relation with our company name.   Just to make sure to not receive this answer, yes I already looked into the spam !!!   Thanks for any solution since it's impossible to talk to someone from Zoom. I have two accounts-a free one with my personal email address, and one for work with my work email address. In my work account profile, I have my work email address listed. Despite this, when I schedule meetings through my work account, it still sends the invitation from my personal email address. How do I get Zoom to send the invitation from my work email address?
