I have two accounts and want to delete one of them. But when I click on the delete button, a code is required to confirm the operation. But where do I get the code for this?

I purchased a pro plan. It shows as a paid account, but it has converted to a Basic Plan from yesterday.. Pls, support me in rectifying the issue. 

I recently changed my email address and no longer have access to the old one that is attached to my account.  When I tried to edit my profile to update to the new email, it told me that a confirmation email was sent to my old address... the one that I cannot open.  I tried to contact Support but i am not a Premium user.Since I cannot talk to a living person at Zoom, I am at a loss for how to fix this problem.

I am trying to change my contact email (not sign in email), but the verification code never comes. I have had the code sent several times yesterday and today, but it never arrives. It isn't going to spam. I have checked the email address I entered for typos, and it looks fine. I also went to an email using the address and just copied and pasted it in and it still didn't work. I don't want to get emails to my main account when people have questions about my webinars! I created this email address specifically for this purpose.  Any ideas about what to do? Are there any other ways to verify a new contact email address? 

The "account information" listed is wrong.For some reason programs sometimes pick this up from old saved information.It now reads "Trinity Episcopal Church Sonoma"It should read "Deacon Phina Borgeson" I have no idea how to change this. 

I have manually updated my Zoom to a newer version, but it has gotten to the point where an hour after updating it, it reverts itself back to an older version. I have tried so many times to get rid of Zoom in every way, deleted files, uninstalled it, and looked so deep in my systems, but somehow and someway, Zoom keeps reverting back to an older version that cannot be used at all until it updates.This is my own personal computer, and it just does this. How can I ensure Zoom stays updated and in the newest version that it needs to be in permanently?

El correo al que esta asociado la cuenta ya no existe, intento entrar a la cuenta de zoom pero me pide un codigo de verificación que llega a ese correo y claramente no llega porque no existe. Qué puedo hacer para cancelar esa cuenta?

I received an email that I must 'unassign' one of my remaining 2 users in order to downgrade my plan. When I go to the User Management page as instructed (https://zoom.us/account/user#/), I find I can Deactivate, Unlink or Delete. Which of these steps is equivalent to 'unassign'? Or, where should I be looking for Unassign?

I cannot log in to previous my basic ZOOM account.I have a basic ZOOM account. But I haven't been able to log in to it at all for about two weeks. Because ZOOM always asks me for the code that makes an authentication app. I've never set my account 2FA, so I don't have any backup code. I don't have an authentication app, either. I would like to delete this account. I made another account to ask about this problem, and I tried to register my phone number in this new account, but I couldn't. I think that this situation occurred because of the existence of my previous ZOOM account. please tell me how to solve this problem.

I opened up a free personal Zoom account and Zoom automatically linked it to my work account. I cannot find a way to unlink the accounts. Any ideas? Thanks!~

tried to log in, wouldn't accept credentials, called support, they said there was no record of my account, even though i have bank statements proving i have been paying $16/month for almost a year, and have been actively using that account, with recorded meetings, which are now gone. Representative made me create a new account. when i try to change the meeting ID to my phone number, it won't let me as it says the # is associated with another account. but supposedly that account doesn't exist? please help. I have all of my business contacts and information and connections through that account and meeting ID. 

Hi, I switched to a new email address which is now my sign-in address. However, all communication from Zoom still goes to my old email address. How do I change the email address for communications and notifications from Zoom? Thank you xo

Hi,I would like to upgrade my basic account to pro. I made the corresponding selections, after entering my billing address I cannot process further. Reason is that the form requires me to provide a tax number. However, I am a private person - no business, no tax number - and  I also did not check the "This is a corporate adress" field.Is there an error in the checkout form?Any suggestions how to proceed?

I just changed the owner of the account to different email from my personal to my business email. But my subscription is still connected to the personal account  and all of the recorded files.I want to transfer everything over. How can I do. I'm concerned If I canceled the subscription on my personal acc now It will deleted all of my files. So please give me some advice will be much appreciated.

We had an account with Zoom that has been terminated. However, we still see that our email IDs are part of Zoom. Could you assist us or direct us to the appropriate team to ensure all accounts are removed? we're unable to do so using admin console

I cannot log in to my account because Zoom always asks me for the code from the 2FA app. I don't remember that I set my Zoom system like this. I didn't prepare the 2FA app. So, I cannot log in to my account forever. What should I do if I would like to enter my account? I made my new account to ask here.

I was charged twice at the same month only with some days between one and other. I've already tried contact with zoom and nobody send me an answer. I would like to receive my money back, if I don't, I will cancel and never more will be an client, and I will take this problem to all companies that I work, to incentivate them do the same.
