I wanted to cancel my annual subscription by I accidentally changed my billing to monthly. How can I change my plan back to annual without extending my subscription from what it was before?

Hi! My problem is that for the last 2 or 3 months, Zoom cloud recording function stopped working since the volume of the recorded sessions has exceeded the paid plan (50 Gb instead of the allowed 5 Gb). When I went to the "invoices" section, it says that i need to pay for the last month only (March) - my tariff is Pro which is 17 dollars.  My question is - will the function of the recordings to the cloud start working again after paying the bill. How come that there were 50Gb that were still recorded with my tariff and why it suddenly stopped working exactly 2,5 months ago (in January)  What should I do  now? I still need to have my tariff saved and obviously I need to have an opportunity to record the sessions (while 5 Gb are quickly filled) 

Hello,I need to change my email address as the email i registered with got hacked and I no longer have access to that email... therefore i cannot confirm the change as requested... What can i do? 

I just got my Zoom line a few days ago and I need it to function with SMSs. I don't have a Tax ID number and I need this line for work purposes, in case my clients decide to text me. Is there a way I can maybe use my SSN and have it accepted?

Hi - been trying to update my credit card info on the Zoom site.  We are located in Canada and Zoom's system will not accept the change.  Keeps indicating a province needs to be identified but drop down menu is only US states.  Have been through all the help screens and even tried to set up second back up credit card with no success.  Tried to work through their chat support. Spent a hour on hold on the phone.  Any suggestions?

Does anyone know if there is a way to recover a recorded meeting from an account that isn't the "pro" version?  The recording was "saved to the cloud" but the account that saved it to the cloud doesn't even have the pro version of zoom so cannot access said cloud.  The account that zoom SHOULD have opened in does have that ability, but in this case it opened in the wrong account.  It's impossible to submit a ticket or chat with anyone or even call, since the account is such a low standing for zoom admin.

The company is located in a country in the EU. It is nowhere on the invoice from Zoom from which country Zoom sold. It only says my organization number and that I paid in euros.Did I pay too Zoom in USA or a country in Europe?The seller's organization number must be on an invoice in Europe.Is it sold from the USA? My meeting room only hold 300, I am paying $250+ per month and thought I had increased the size to 1000. what is it I need to do

I am using a free account because I cannot receive emails to my paid outlook.com account.  My paid account has OTP due to it "not recognizing my location".  What do I need to do?  

The cloud video recording took place during a paid subscription period. I was unable to save the cloud recording before the end of the paid subscription period and it is now missing.How can I access this cloud recording? Do I need to renew my paid subscription to get access to my previous cloud record or are there other options?

Please help me! I never subscribe annually, now i want to cancel my add on which is also subscribe monthly, but it is said like this: "unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle". Please, HELP! i never subscribe annually, so how can i wait until the end of my annual billing cycle??

I have Zoon One Pro plan and Large meeting plan, but I still can't add webinars. Do I have to change it to different plan or I need to buy another plan for holding a webinars? 

How or where(In what section) do I enclude an alternative email address to receive notification /confirmation or codes when I encounter problems signing in.

I cancelled my account here in Brazil and you are charging me.  Please solve it as soon as possible since it is in my credit card. I have been trying to solve it for 3 days and this company is simple not helpful and it comes to cancelling account.

I was using Pro account however last month, somehow my payment did not process and account was downgraded to Basic. When i realized it, and went to Billing section , I made the payment for last month as well as for current month. Still account is showing as Basic. I made the payment today. Chat option with live agent is also disabled as account status is Basic. How do i get it sorted?

HOW WILL I RENEW MY SAME SUBSCRIPTION?

With the latest version installed, I am told that my machine does not support virtual backgrounds. The help page does not list W11 among supported operating systems! Will that be corrected on the W11 release date?

I have received an email from ZOOM notifying me to pay the yearly fee. But the account number shown in the email is different from the one I am actually using. Please tell me how to make sue I can still pay for my own paid account.
