We've been generating meeting summaries for many of our meetings over the last couple of months and in the Meeting Summary list under Account Management | AI Companion Management, the Date column is wrong for a good number of them. It will show, for example, February 17 for a meeting that happened on January 18 and February 13 for a meeting on January 14. Not all meetings but definitely enough to be noticeable, at least 25%. When I click into the summary, the correct date shows at the top. It's just the list itself that shows incorrectly.

Hi I can't unlock the companion. I'm logged in as the owner but all I see if 'locked by admin'. I've tried everything suggested in the thread I found on this topic (another browser, incognito window, restart) but I get the same thing every time.What am i missing? 

Has anyone using the Smart Chapters feature found that it now creates FEWER chapters than before? And that the generated description text is less specific?   I have been using this since it rolled out last fall, and was happy with the results: After a little light cleanup, my chapters were ready to go. Now, I get one huge chapter (usually the entire recording), described the exact same text that is used in the "Summary" text.   Is this feature going backward? Has the AI been "dumbed down?" Or am I missing something here?

Is the AI Companion Meeting Summary ITAR and/or EAR/EAR99 compliant?

Hi, This week I recorded two meeting and I'm pretty sure I launched the AI companion, but I never received the transcript. Is there any way to ask the AI companion to produce a summary for an existing recording? Also, can the AI companion be started after a meeting has started and a recording has started? It seems to me that the summaries I didn't get were for recordings where I launched the AI tool while the meeting was already ongoing. Thanks, L

The Zoom AI companion is generating the summary in other native languages that we occasionally speak during the call. Since the summary is shared with the wider team, can we ensure it is generated always in English only?

The "Meeting Summary with AI Companion" button is grayed out in Settings > AI Companion and cannot be changed.It says 'Locked by Admin', but I am the (only) owner and user of the account.  I have the same problem with a different account that I have for a non profit organization.Both accounts are paid accounts.Please advise.

I am the owner of a Pro Account and have no admins registered. However, when I try to enable AI Companion for meetings, it gives me a "Blocked by Admin" message and I am not allowed to switch functionality. How is it that I am the owner and I am still not allowed to enable functionality? Thanks. 

How do i block or prevent webinar participaments from using AI note taking tools?

I trimmed my video and it says "trimming complete", but when I clidk on the recording, it's still the full length original. I tried signing out and signing back in.

I want to ask, will Zoom have an automatic language translator in the future, for example, for webinars? One that speaks in different languages the same as I speak, and at the same time provides subtitles?

Is there a way to have the AI Meeting Summary only sent to one or a few selected email addresses (excluding the host email address). For instance, if the team leader hosts the Zoom call and wants the Meeting Summary sent to only one person in the team, but not to themselves, is there a way to do this? Another issue for us is that everybody in our team has access to the email address associated with our Zoom account, but often the meeting only takes place between two people in the team. This means that after the meeting everybody gets the meeting summary, even those that were not part of the Zoom call.  Could this feature be added in a future update? Thank you.  

I'm the owner/admin of my account and want to keep AI enabled for meetings as the account default. I also would like participants in meetings to have the choice to turn off the AI for that meeting, if I am not present. Is this possible? If so what settings do I need to set?

I am trying to enable this on our Zoom One Business Plus account but when I try to it says I need to enable cloud recording. I navigate to that settings page and cloud recording IS enabled. The terrible chatbot was no help at all and apparently my account doesn't get me a live chat. We are trying to justify using Zoom over Loom but the way service is going, I'm tempted to just leave the service. 

I liked the new feature "My meeting coach". However, I have a few older recordings where I want to process using meeting coach to get similar meeting stats. How can I do it?

 I hope that I done that everything properly.  I'm not the most confident person when it comes to computer. However, I'm sure that I will get though my classes.

Does editing the AI Companion Meeting Summaries (post meeting recaps) help retrain the model for future calls? Or are the edits just local changes in the text?

Do I need to be present in the meetings in order to enable AI Companion? We have a paid group account and some of the users will be the host.

Hi, everyone, Please bear with me while I set the context for my questions (further below).  This issue is less technical and more contractual. I support a four-year higher education institution with students primarily over the age of 18.  As with many other higher education institutions, we occasionally also provide technical services to high school students that may be under the age of 18 through "headstart" or "jumpstart" programs.  These under-18 students take university-level courses while still in high school, then receive credit for these courses once they are matriculated.  Technical services for these students may include access to our LMS, Zoom, and other enterprise-wide applications. In the admin "Settings" for "Ai Companion" --> "Smart Recording with AI Companion," we are prompted to "Learn More."  This leads to "Enabling Smart Recording with AI Companion."

Somehow the meeting summary is written in German, although the meeting was in English.Isn't AI Companion supposed to detect the language?If not, where can it be set? I don't find any language options for the summary. Thanks!

Hello people, myself Emmanuel Katto from Uganda (Africa). I wanted to know how can I use AI feature of Zoom, can anyone help me with this?

I am using Zoom version 5.17.2 on a Mac desktop and laptop. When I go to unmute a message pops up that says "AI Companion is using the conversation transcript". I need to hit OK to unmute. I don't recall having this message in the past. Can someone tell me what is going on?
