Hello, I am facilitating a virtual ideation session so I have set-up the framework of the discussion on a whiteboard located in "My Whiteboards" section of Zoom.  When I click "share screen" and click "whiteboard" it only brings up a blank one and I can not seem to figure out how to go get my previously created one for my meeting.  Help and thank you in advance!

Hi,I am experiencing an issue with a whiteboard. When I share a whiteboard with attendees and they try to write something on the board the letters move. I have to stop and start sharing to fix this issue. Can someone help me, please?

Hi! I want  to use the zoom whiteboard for the first time during a large meeting. The people coming to the meeting will be all external people with both business and non-business accounts. Will they  all be equally able to access the whiteboard? 

The whiteboard settings are all set correctly but there is no tab in meeting tools and no where to go to locate any other option.  I am relatively new to zoom so any response-please consider me a rookie. 🙂 

Hello I started to use Whiteboard when it first came out, then left it.  Now I am returning to Zoom and cannot see the whiteboard tab in the meeting controls. I have enabled whiteboard in settings. See attached screenshots. Help!

When I write something on a whiteboard and I click outside the box, I can't go back do the box and correct some word or write anything else there. I've tried to to everything. I clicked on it lots of time, I clicked with with right side of the mouse pad, left, there's no solution. I could do it well when I was using Microsoft computer. Now, I have a Macbook computer and I can't do it anymore. Help me please. Thanks

How do I make my zoom white board background, white in colour? I only see options of grid,dots and none which is actually gray backgroun.

Hi, seeking advice on share option of whiteboard. I select a specific whiteboard aiming to share with users outsider my organisation. According to the guide, there should be a share option I can select after clicking on the ... on the right of the specific whiteboard record. I noticed I have only the Lock, rename, change owner, export PDF, export in new tab and move to trash options. Any advice to resolve this will be greatly appreciated. thanksAC 

When I create a new whiteboard, there are some functions that work fine on my screen but not viewable on the recipient's end.  On their end, any typed text does not show, photos do not show (show grey box 'Loading'). Hand drawings and PDF's load fine.  Sticky note does display but not the typed text within. Yet they all display perfectly fine via the web browser version.  Recipient is on the latest app version on her laptop (mac).  What would be the cause of this? 

Hi all, During a Zoom session today we used break-out rooms. In these break-out rooms annotate was used to collect input from our participants. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to manually save the whiteboard. Is there anyway we can recover the given input on the whiteboards? Kind regards,Amber

When I use the Whiteboard on macOS and Windows, I can see and use the eraser tool. I can't seem to find it on my Android phone. I see only the Pen, Shape, Line and Text Tools. Where can I find the Eraser?

I'm testing with two of my own accounts (one is paid and the other is a free version).  When I add an image to the whiteboard they load and are visible on that account but just a grey box that says loading is present on the whiteboard of the other account.   Is this an issue that Zoom is aware of? Thanks

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help with this.  I've set up Zoom Whiteboards and shared in a meeting so that all participants can edit the whiteboard.  Everything was working fine, but when I upload an image from the browser version of the whiteboard I could see it on the Zoom meeting (so a connection from the browser to the meeting is ok) but none of the other participants could see it.  Has anyone come across this or know why this is happening?

Anyone knows if is possible to set up some object (element) in Zoom whiteboard and send it to MS Outlook?Let's say I am creating something but I would like to send out a reminder to my boss (or a friend of mine). It would be amazing because they could click on the link and jump to the whiteboard environment.

Hello,  I was curious if anyone in the community knows if it is possible and where to start to start researching how to build a widget that can be present on a zoom white board.  I would like to use it to assist in fun breaks where meeting participants can spin the spinner and land on different numbers.

Playing around with Whiteboard for the first time. Seems like an OK alternative to Mural, but lacks at least one important feature: locking artifacts. It seems like you can either lock the whole whiteboard or nothing. You need in between controls to lock backgrounds and other artifacts that you don't want touched. Please include in you future release! (Hopefully soon...)

We are using Zoom Pro for worship in the church, and I know that the quality is up to 720P for the pro, but in our case, the quality is only 360P even though we requested it separately to the customer center. What's the problem. Internet speed is over 100 Mbps, so there is no problem with speed.

Dear community,  I've been searching this information without any success.  I am the owner of a Zoom account. I want to give access to the whiteboards to my clients but I am unable to do it when I try to change the settings. I have the following message when I try to change the Default Access Level to Anyone: "Your admin has disabled this setting for your organization".But I am the only user! So as the owner, I should be admin by default.Have you ever faced this challenge?Thank you in advance for your help Anne Betton

After the latest updates (more or less two weeks ago), my students tell me that they can no longer see what I write on the whiteboard. Has anyone had the same problem? Any advice?

Font on zoom whiteboard in live meeting has a coloured outline. it makes the writing look blurry so i can't use a live whiteboard on Zoom now. i can't find any fix or solution to this.  Any ideas?

Hi: I have a basic account, and created a 5-page whiteboard to share ideas with others in a meeting not hosted by me. I envisioned it working somewhat like a PowerPoint deck.  All participants were able to see the first page, but not any others.  I have enabled sharing on the whiteboard for all participants, but frankly, I find the sharing options scattered around various bits of Zoom to be confusing. 

Hi,I have been teaching online language courses since the beginning von the COVID-19 pandemic, and we've stayed online since it saves commuting time and allows the participation of mothers with young children.One thing lacking in online courses, however, is writing together or writing by participants in the view of other participants. Therefore I welcomed the new whiteboard features, but it failed the test. I prepared a storyboard with a separate space for each participant. The idea was that all participants would take notes in their own spaces while listening to an audio.However, only one participant managed to navigate to her space and start writing (see attachment). The others deleted the frame prepared for them, could not precisely locate their space or failed to do anything. The reason does not seem to be a technical problem but rather a lack of dexterity of particpants in navigating their mouse precisely on a small screen. Most participants only have tablets,

Am I am able to have participants use the flow chart template in a breakout group. I see how participants can use a basic whiteboard by screen sharing in the breakout room but they do not have access to the whiteboard templates e.g. the flow chart template? Is there a way to set this up? Thanks!
