Whiteboard

I downloaded the whiteboard to use in my meetings and when I wanted to share the desktop screen, the whiteboard showed up and not the option to share deskstop screen. I have gone into my settings for my member profile and the video settings and it doesn't seem to be something that is in that settings area

We tutor via Zoom using an old fashion white board and dry erase markers.I'd like to move to another technology.Can I use an interactive board such as the SB680 Smart Board as an input device to screen share during a Zoom meeting? I'm aware of the White Board option in Zoom.Not sure if a Smart Board qualifies.Anyone done this?

I'm trying to figure out how to launch two whiteboards that I've created for a workshop in the breakout groups. Also, how do I access the whiteboards when we close the breakout groups?

Is anyone else having trouble with the whiteboard?  As a host, I can initiate it but I get an error saying it's not working. However, 2 of the 4 participants in the Zoom can see the whiteboard and edit it.  Is anyone else having difficulty with this feature?

I have created a whiteboard with 8 pages.When I export teh pages some are black, others have omitted some of the graphs/jpegs that I imported.Also, the sizes of the pages exported  are not standard, some really big, others small. Some are centered others are not.It seems very inconsistent. ThanksRaf

I've experienced nothing but problems using the white board during a live presentation. Editing is even worse!! I'm open to hearing any suggestions, or solutions.

Is there any way I can use quad ruled background in whiteboard for math classes? I could not find anything on this. Is there any background customization at all? 

I am struggling to find a way to invite external guests to the whiteboard and see/use the tools to interact on a whiteboard. They don't see them. It says our settings are set that way; I am the admin and can't work it out!Do you have any advice, please?  

Hello! I am not able to join Whiteboards when in a meeting anymore, even my own Whiteboards: a white screen with a spinner appears, and the Whiteboard never appears (see screenshot below).I think it's important to note that it also happens on my personal MacBook, which I think rules out issues specific to the installation, Windows, or my laptop setup, and nudges towards a more global issue.  Version: 5.13.5 (12053)OS: Windows 10 Enterprise, 10.0.19044, but also MacOs Monterey version 12.5 I reinstalled Zoom, didn't work.Interestingly, it was working fine until a few days ago.It stopped working at the same time this popup started to show up when sharing Whiteboards:

Enter with normal Zoom Version and click white board, their is PDF importBut If enter directly whiteboard with iPad like this, I can't find PDF import in here

What font type does Zoom have as the default font when typing text in annotations?NOTE: It is NOT Lato, because I installed Lato and tried adding text to a screenshot of an annotated Zoom screen, and the new font clearly does not match the text that was captured from Zoom.

I am trying to share a whiteboard with two colleagues.  We all have separate paid Zoom accounts (not sure if that matters).  When I enter each's email to share, I get an error that says, "Sharing with users from this organization is disabled by your admin."  I believe that I am the admin of my account as it is a single person's account.  Appreciate insights as it took me hours to design the whiteboard.

I can't share a whiteboard by a mobile device (I have a premium account). I can shere only from PC and participants can't edit. While the settings allow the participants to edit.Where is the problem?

Hello, im using an English laptop to teach Spanish via zoom. I want to use the whiteboard to write in Spanish but the text won’t correct automatically to Spanish like for example word does.any idea why?thanks

Hello all.I'm trying to find out how I can host a meeting using a whiteboard in the following way:- each attendee (up to 10) has their own page for brainstorming and prioritising their ideas- they prioritise their own virtual post-it notes on their own pages by dragging and dropping to a 'high priority' area on their page of the whiteboard- once they are happy with their priorities, I need them to transfer their priorities to a 'master priorities' page within the whiteboard so that all of the top-rated ideas appear on the same page for group discussion. I can see this is maybe possible via copy and paste but this requires each individual to do this manually for every one of their own priority ideas but is there a smarter way please?  I have a paid-for professional account and really need attendees to be able to simply drag and drop their sticky notes onto a separate page within the same whiteboard, simultaneously and then for us al

I build my new whiteboard and plan to open during meeting in ZOOM.Anyway, I can't do.The way I went along is1. build new whiteboard2. open zoom meeting 3. click whiteboard icon and choose the whiteboard I want to open after that, the screen appeared popup with this message " unable to load this whiteboard error code: 124007"Anyone has the answer to solve this problem? This morning I was hosting a meeting and encountered an error while loading pre-made Whiteboard. We finished the session, however I troubleshooted afterwards and it seems to be the fact that we are recording the session that is the issue. When I stop recording, the pre-made Whiteboard loads without issue. When I resume recording, the error comes back. Any ideas as to why this might be happening?Thanks in advance!

How do I enable whiteboard only for specific users. I have created a group for testing and can allow the functionality there, but only if I unlock the setting at the account level. From what I’ve read, all users have whiteboard enabled by default. Won’t this just enable it for all of I unlock it? please help
