whiteboard & access

Hi @Laura15 , thanks for using zoom whiteboard.

If we share a whiteboard in a zoom meeting,  all participants can access this whiteboard.

And before we share the whiteboard, there are two options (choose what we want)

During the meeting, the external participants will be able to access the WB. After the meeting, access to the whiteboard will depend on:

• Did you click the "Do you want users to have access to the board after the meeting?" setting (see Baker's screenshot above
• Did your admin allow people outside your organization to access whiteboards (it's one of the Data Sharing settings in the admin area
• Were the users signed into their Zoom Client when they joined the meeting (if they were not, then there will be no way to associate them with the board from the meeting. You would need to add them later using the "Share" button.
