Recent update is worst. After that, I can't write note smoothly. When I write something fast with pen, the writing mode is cleared. (MOUSE POINT IS CHANGED TO CLICK MODE - I can't wirte letters anymore) I have record video clip which shows this error. I want to show you. In original viersion, I can wirte something fast, but now I should wirte very slowly. It's not matter for mouse-writing users but for pen-user like me, it is so terrible. It is critical problem in running classes. Because of your system's worst program, I spoiled my classes a lot. I checkd my pen funtion another writing memo applications, and it works well. (fast writing is possible) So, I am sure this problem occurs only in ZOOM. Plz send quick response and feedback. It's emergency for me. I hope to go back to previous version. Although I am a paying customer, I am not business customer, so can't use service center on the phone.My emai address is *********** 

I have whiteboard on in my settings but it doesn't show up in zoom?

I would like to use my tablet for the Whiteboard instead of trying to draw with the mouse. Sorta like talking in a meeting room and drawing on an actual whiteboard. 

Hello, I facilitate collaborative workshops, and need all teams who are in breakout-rooms to work on one and the same whiteboard (= Participants in Breakout 1, Breakout 2, etc. all see and modify Whiteboard A).-> how can I do this?thanks a lot for your help!

I have started a whiteboard and have three participants but only one of them is set as an editor along with me as the host. The others can not edit.  I have searched all over for an answer. All instructions say that it is either all or none.So during a shared whiteboard how do I make sure that all the participants can edit? How do I add them as editors?

I can start a whiteboard, but cannot see any controls. I know Chromebooks are not the best with Zoom, but any ways round that or other hacks would be really good to know. 

When I attend zoom meetings (NOT HOST), the whiteboard works no matter the device i use or the hosts use except for one guy, when i attend his meetings, i cant see the whiteboard. He has private sessions and his whiteboard works with everyone except me and i can see everyone's whiteboard except his. How can we fix this problem?

Hi, I'm using my tablet to draw on the whiteboard when teaching maths through zoom (on a secondary account that I invite to the meeting). My problem is that I can't move the view of the whiteboard on the tablet. On the laptop, when viewing the whiteboard, I can scroll sideways to continue writing downwards, but on the tablet, no combination of stylus and/or fingertips accomplishes that; it just takes that as drawing input (or whatever tool I happen to have selected). Does anyone know a way to scroll on the whiteboard on a tablet?  Thanks in advance!

I do tutoring and frequently need to add a picture of the problem we are working on to the whiteboard during the meeting. Right now, I have to have two instances of the whiteboard open. Please add all of the whiteboard tools during the live meeting (or at least have it as an option). Also, currently the eraser will erase the pictures, so when we are handwriting the work for the math problem and make a mistake, we often accidentally erase the picture. Other whiteboards have the user select the picture and delete it with the delete or backspace key, which fixes this problem. This is especially a problem when you can't add pictures to the whiteboard during the meeting and the undo key also puts it back on top of everything written down. Also, as mentioned on previous posts, please turn off the double click making the whiteboard full screen. It is quite disruptive. There also needs to be an option to force users to the same whiteb

I've now set up three whiteboards with my own pre-prepared content for use within an upcoming workshop within the web-browser but when I go into a zoom meeting to trial them, all the formatting has disappeared leaving the items floating around the space and the table that was formerly there has disappeared.  It's time consuming to redo the formatting that I already did.Does anyone have any experience with this? Or any fixes?

Prevent Hijacking with people using Whiteboard in Zoom Meeting. People with Zoom Version 5.10.3, That was released on April 18th, 2022.Since the ad for the feature shows up in every client that updates, someone is sure to do an "OOh, I wonder what this is." Admin Settings: Login to Zoom Portal , Then Under Admin , Account Management , Account Settings. Then click on Whiteboard (New) at top , Their is the setting you would need to disable to get the options to disable. Push slider to the left and disable. Hi!Whiteboards do not support characters in Polish language- they appear when copied to whiteboard from another location, but I cannot directly put them usuing usual shortcuts.Anyone manage to change language of input / change font style to one that is compatible not only with standard alphabet characters?

Hello,I am tutoring a student and want to use a whiteboard during our meetings, but the whiteboard option never shows up when I go to screen-sharing options. I have read many articles and checked several settings, such as making sure annotations and whiteboards are both enabled, however, I cannot get the whiteboard option to show up when I am in a session. Is there something I am overlooking?Thank you!

I'm having issues with the whiteboard that I didn't have before it was updated. 1.  People in my meetings cannot see the whiteboard although my screen shows it is being shared. 2.  When I save it, it's a mess so has to be heavily reconfigured before I can share it. 3.  In the page preview function, only the first page shows there is content, but when you click on subsequent pages, the content is there. I'd appreciate any tips/advice.  One short rant, why did Zoom change something that worked well to something that is more cumbersome and less effective?  

Hi folks. I have a XP-Pen Artist 15.6 Pro that I use for the whiteboard feature with Zoom. It has worked *flawlessly* up until the last update from Zoom over the weekend. Now it is laggy and almost unusable. The issue isn't with the drawing tablet, it works fine with Paint 3D. But when I use the "Share/Whiteboard" feature in a Zoom meeting, I can start to write and sometimes it writes when the stylus touches the tablet surface and sometimes it doesn't. Does anyone know if the update broke the whiteboard feature in Zoom? Thanks.

Hi,   If I write on the white board with a wacom tablet, it always register my fast writing as double tapping, so I keep entering and exiting the fullscreen mode when writing. It is very disruptive. Is it possible to turn off this feature and just stick a button to full screen somewhere? Thanks.   There was a discussion like this before but it was not noticed.   Best,   Cathy

In Whiteboard, whether viewing from Web, the Zoom client, or in-meeting, when we attempt to set sharing/editor rights to "Anyone", it pops up with the message "A server error occurred.  Try again later or if error persists Contact Us for help."  The Contact Us link does nothing.  Anyone else had this issue and/or found a workaround?  I will submit a ticket to Zoom if I can't find anything. 

While using Whiteboard, a couple of collaborators scrolled away from the active area and could not find their way back. Even zooming out to 20% (the farthest we can zoom out) did not display enough of the Whiteboard for them to find the active area again. Is there any way for collaborators to automatically bring themselves back to the active area of the Whiteboard in situations like this? Thanks!

During a presentation, I switch between whiteboard pages but participants have to change it manually and it causes confusion. Is there a way that when I create a new page and start editing it, the participants are automatically seeing this screen?

Double clicking the whiteboard makes it go fullscreen. This would not usually be a problem, but when using a separate writing tablet, we will often inadvertently double tap the stylus when writing quickly. This causes us to continuously alternate between going full screen and windowed, which is seriously disturbing to the class. Is there a way to fix this? Perhaps by disabling the double click feature?

Is there a comprehensive list of the original Classic Whiteboard features or a comparison list between Classic and New Whiteboard?  I'm featuring the new Whiteboard in a newsletter I'm writing for my work and never had an opportunity to use the previous Whiteboard so have no idea of what features carried over and what the new goodies are.For example, in classic Whiteboard, were connector arrows available to connect shapes?  I know there are others.  Any help would be appreciated!
