I'm hosting a seminar through registration, and I heard a unique URL is generated to join for each registrant, but I was wondering if an attendee can share that unique URL with others, if they can, is there any way to prevent this?
Hi everyone, I am a personal trainer and I need to configure Zoom to be able to do my fitness classes online. I need all attendees to see me, for me as the host to see all attendees on video, but for attendees not to see each other. I have tried to see between the features of both Zoom Meetings and Webinar but I have not been able to realize what I need ... any ideas? Thanks
Hi there - I'm running a live webinar tomorrow and will be making the recording available on-demand so that people who were unable to attend are able to watch it later. I also want to allow people who did not have a chance to register for the webinar before it went live the ability to register for the on-demand webinar. What I'm having trouble with is making it so that the people who registered and no-showed the live webinar don't HAVE to re-register for the on-demand webinar. Is this possible?
Hi. Another manager at my company scheduled a webinar, then she left the company. I now have our license. I am trying to invite others to the meeting she set up. I was invited to that meeting and responded, but I cannot invite others to it. it is not showing up on my calendar under UPCOMING MEETINGS. Further, my homepage says CONNECT YOUR CALENDAR OR SCHEDULE A MEETING. I am unsure how to connect my calendar. i cannot change dats as it is "greyed out."

I ran a company-wide town hall today via Zoom Webinar for my organization. During the call while I was sharing my screen, a few attendees told me that the slides were "blurring in and out." They described it as a camera lens coming in and out of focus. I have fiber internet with a mesh network and 5G router in my home office. I've run these calls with this exact same setup and network for months. This is the first time that I've encountered this issue. Has anyone else experienced something similar? How did you troubleshoot it to prevent it from happening again?

Recommendations on how best to stage (preload) a series of questions in advance of the live Webinar but then have them appear for attendees to see and panelists to answer during the Webinar?
Hello,is there a way to change the mandatory categories for the registration? I really need people to enter their countries and as it is not required *, they do not fill the cell. Can this be modified? Thank you very muchKind regardsAG
When posting on FB a link with registration to zoom webinar data fetched by FB is default ZOOM logo and default description instead of picture and description configured for a particular webinar. Last week it worked fine, now is broken. The example URL https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/2016578103624/WN_VIzHJnjwT_aj_5B2ia3RDw I have both custom picture and custom description for this webinar set in Branding section. I have a PRO WEBINAR ACCOUNT....I would like to 1. Share two screens at once. 2, Enable my audience to watch either of the two, at the same time. Is this possible?
Hello Zoom Community,I am currently using a free trial of Zoom Webinars but I can't manage to figurate the answer to some questions (also checking in Zoom Support and Community). Here they are: How do I use variables in automatic emails? i.e. ${userName?html}.I see those exist (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203686335-Customizing-webinar-email-templates-and-settings) but I can't find instruction on how to use those and simply inserting them in the email template does not seem to work.Is it possible to automatically insert webinar recording in follow-up email? We want to send the recording of the webinar with the follow up email related to that specific webinar but we need this to be an automated process. Is it possible to maintain branding saved in a template?I saved a couple of webinar templates but every time I use one I have to set many settings from scratch, included everything related to branding. That is very time consuming. Can I brand the survey? We like and need the
I understand an account can NOT run a meeting and a webinar concurrently. Assuming there is a technical reason for that, I can accept that. However, why can't I assign the meeting (Pro) license to a different account? Why do we have to pay for a Meeting license for the account, when we can't use the meeting license that we paid for while we're using the Webinar license that we paid for? The end result is I end up with a 2-meeting license that we pay for but can't use.
I would like to record our upcoming 6 hour webinar for future reference. Will it record the whole thing, or am I time-limited? I plan to record to the cloud.
Okay, I'm not sure if this is a user error but we are stumped. In our Practice Session for an upcoming webinar we had just the Host and one Co-Host in the Practice Session. Each on their own separate Zoom accounts and on separate devices of course. We want the Host to Spotlight themselves so that all the attendees should only ever see the Host only. So we were practicing to see how the Spotlight feature works. We found that when the Host chose to Spotlight themselves, Zoom would correctly spotlight them (the Host) on their own computer, but on the Co-Host's computer it was spotlighting the Co-Host, not the Host. The Co-Host would get a message that said "The Host has spotlighted your video for everyone. Would you like to unmute your microphone to speak?" But this wasn't true. The Host was most assuredly NOT spotlighting the Co-Host. The Host was spotlighting themselves only. We experimented to see what would happen if the Host would choose to spotlight e
Hi, Thanks for taking my question. Can you tell me why the thumbnail is so small? Does it have anything to do with the file size of the recording? For example... GMT...... _ Recording_3840x2256 Thanks for your help Peter
Would I be able to set up webinar events for 3 days with a total of 12 sessions. If so, how do I set it up so that attendees only need to register once?
There are two participation links for a single webinar. https://zoom.us/j/00000000000 and https://zoom.us/s/00000000000 I think that j link is for attendee and s link is for hosts. Is this perception correct? If I am wrong, please let me know.
Hi,we are currently organizing some webinars and would like to share registration and attendance data within the team.Currently only the host is able to see how many people registered for his / her webinar. Is there any way to change that?
I need to add Vietnamese as a language option for a langauge channel on zoom. It is not an option when adding interpreters. Has anybody been able to figure this out?
Is there really no way to inject a simple slide show directly into a Zoom Webinar, rather than having to use an external slideshow program (such as Power Point) and having to share my computer screen? I noticed if we want to share a video, we can click the “Advanced” tab of the Share function and choose “Video” and this enables us to share a video without our computer desktop being visible to attendees. This is great. However, everything I'm reading about sharing a slide show requires me to share my computer desktop so that attendees see my actual computer desktop where the slide show lives. Our previous webinar platform, WebinarJam, allowed us to inject slides directly into the webinar, so the slides lived in the webinar itself, not on my computer, so I never had to "share" my own computer screen and make my computer desktop visible to attendees. Does that make sense? Is there really no way to inject a slideshow into a Zoom webinar? And if not, how do you sha
I am looking to use the same template for all webinars created by a new integration. When calling the Webinar API (https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/{userId}/webinars), does the "template_id" need to be owned by the "userId", or can it be owned by any user? Or is there an admin (sharable) type of template that we should be creating? Alternatively, how can I do things like set the Branding settings of the webinar via the API?
I was hosting a Zoom reading. The person reading stage directions had their video turned off. Reading went fine, but when I downloaded the video recording, a tile came up with the stage direction reader's name on it every time she spoke, and the actors' tiles disappeared. I was unable to use it. Why did this happen and how can I make sure it never happens again?
I, the plan owner, purchased the webinar add-on for our Pro account earlier today. The payment has completed and I've assigned the feature to one of our 2 licensed users. I am able to schedule meetings for this user and am trying to convert the previously scheduled meeting to a webinar. When I select the option to do so, a message pops up stating that the meeting cannot be converted because the user doesn't have that feature and will need to request it from me. But again, I've already assigned the feature to them and can see that it is there in their user profile. Is there a delay in full-functionality?
We use the Co-Host role strictly as a "chat box moderator" because Zoom Webinars doesn't have a Moderator role (which they really really should!). Our chat box moderators should never be on camera or on mic. Their job is simply to monitor the chat box and Q&A box (ie: delete offensive comments from chat box, interact with attendees in chat box, help Host manage the questions in the Q&A box). Because Zoom Webinars doesn't have a Moderator role, and because Zoom allows only the Host and Co-Hosts to delete comments from the chat box, we have no choice but to use the Co-Host role for our chat box moderators. I'm worried that our chat box moderators (assigned to Co-Host role) will accidentally unmute themselves and/or accidentally turn on their cameras. This could be extremely embarrassing and unprofessional but I can't find a setting to remove the Co-Host's ability to turn on their camera or unmute themselves. I only see these setting for Panelists, but because Pane
