My company uses Zoom for some customer webinars and we've set it up so that if you register for the event you get the email that includes all the meeting information. It also includes options to Add to calendar .ics, add to google calendar | add to yahoo calendar. Is there an option to add to outlook calendar? I am trying to solve having a meeting invite created associated with this event.

If I transfer a webinar license to another user on our account, what happens to previous webinars or other historical data on the previous user's account?  Thanks in advance...

Hi, I have set up a webinar with registration and selected the time zone "Dublin". However on the registration page the time zone says "London". How can I change this to reflect my preferred time zone?

I tried to watch a webinar that I had been able to sign up with with using Sign in with Apple after first being unable to sign in with my saved password.When I used the saved password Zoom said a verification email code entry was necessary. I was told a verification email had been sent. It never arrived. Finally after prolonged searching my email folders I found one but it had expired. I tried again several times, requesting resend verification but never received another email. Unfortunately when I tried to sign into the webinar the next day the Sign in with Apple option wasn't available. The verification email option was offered and email supposedly sent. Never got a verification email.I tried the chat bot to find a solution but it only suggested searching the email again. No joy. It then offered to let me chat with a person but they were: "too busy." Hi all!  I want to create a registration page for a 2-part webinar that will take place on a Thursday and the following Monday.  I only see the option to have a recurrence of daily/weekly/etc., but not to just add the second date.  Is there a way around this that still requires registration and does not require a second registration page for part 2?

My webinar license lapsed, I have 3 webinars scheduled this week. I renewed the license. However, those 3 webinars that were scheduled have disappeared. Will those show back up?

I just created a new zoom account and purchased both a pro license and the 500 person webinar add on. I am not able to schedule a webinar. Is there a wait time before this feature is available to me?

Hi, I have a Zoom Pro account.  I want to host a webinar and expect about 40 attendees.  I understand the Zoom Webinar add-on is needed for webinars with 100 or more attendees. What about with less than 100 attendees? I've seen some conflicting information about this. Can anyone set the record straight for me? I've seen something called OnZoom but it seems to be for USA residents only (is this correct?). I'm not in USA. thanks.

We are hosting a virtual play reading and would like the scripts to be visible only to the Panelist’s - not to the attendees is that possible? 

I purchased a Webinar 500 and would like to know if I must upgrade my Zoom One-Pro account.  Does the Webinar 500 work independently of the Pro? 

Hello, I want to host webinars and currently have a Pro plan. Do I need to purchase the "zoom session" for $990 a year? When I click on that, it took me to a page that asked me to purchase "zoom session" and with 50 users the cost of only $100/annually. Is that all I will need to pay or will I need to purchase something else?  Thanks,Amy

Since about a month, the social image is no longer displayed on Twitter.I tried different sizes and file types for the image, but nothing has worked. It seems to work fine on LinkedIn.Did anyone else experience this issue?

Hello I would like to organize a webinar - which will be mostly myself presenting a powerpoint, and answering a few questions.I would like to make sure that all the attendees see the same thing: a split screen with on one side the document I am presenting and on the other side the video feed of myself.I searched the support but did not manage to find any clear answer on how to do that.Can someby help me out?Many many thanks!!

We host at least 2 events per month. We noticed that when people register to one of our webinars through the zoom link, after registering zoom redirects them to a thank you page. I was wondering if there was a way to change that thank you page or maybe customize it. We're thinking we'd like for people that register to get re-directed to a special landing page designed by us.  Do you know if this is possible? If not, can we customize the automated thank you page zoom launches?  Where there's a will there's a way, right? I hope you guys can help me ^_^ Thank you in advanced. 

How can I add polls and quizzes to Zoom events? Can I schedule them in advance, and how do I make sure they appear during or after the session? What's the process for setting up polls and quizzes for sessions in Zoom?

My event starts at 7pm which is the time I'd like to be in the email reminder. I set up the webinar with the start time of 6p so the panelists can get on and chat before the attendees arrive. How do I change the email reminder to reflect THEIR start time and not the panelist start time?
