I am looking for a solution to get Eventbrite to work with Zoom. My company's Zoom account has 235,000 users. I have installed the Eventbrite 2.0 connector from the Zoom marketplace. The account I am linking is a Zoom admin. In Eventbrite, when I attempt to "Add Zoom" from the Attendee Event Page, I type in an account name, and Zoom is connected. The select Zoom user never returns and shows a continuously moving line. I have linked this Eventbrite with a small Zoom account, which works perfectly.I opened a developer window in my browser under network, and there were attempts to load every user in my Zoom account. Eventbrite never returns to allow me to select an account. How can I make this work with my company's Zoom account without loading every user? If Eventbrite looked at Zoom groups (or an option to do so), this would limit the users polled from my large user inventory. The only option I can come up with is to create a Zoom sub-user for Eventbrit

I have recorded multiple webinars to the cloud, and when I download the mp4 webinar file, I receive an error "Server execution failed," and recording file does not play.

I have an event created to provide a service to a client. This training class will be given by a person from my team and it is not necessary for me to be present. I am trying to allow my team to start the meeting without having to give them access to my Zoom account or for me to be present. It's possible? I don't know how I could give him permission. I had a zoom event on Tuesday and over half of my guests could not join the webinar even though they had registered for it. I had lots of messages telling me that people were disappointed that they couldn't join. Some complained that the password wouldn't work or that they just couldn't log in, even though they had registered. One of the translator functions also wouldn't work until half way through

Hi there, I currently have a trial of Zoom Events and as part of this trial, I see that you can schedule webinars in two ways 1. Through the Zoom Events Hub as part of an event2. As a standalone webinar in the Zoom Admin area. What I'm not clear on though is do I still get the facility to schedule standalone webinars if I choose a Pay Per Attendee plan or does that only work if I'm on a monthly or yearly subscription? Thanks! Jonathan

We are having an issue with the Zoom events platform.  During our tech run this evening, our speakers, alternative hosts, and an attendee when leaving a session in the platform got booted out of the platform rather than returned to the lobby. How can we mitigate this? I ensured that every one selecting "Leave Meeting" or "Leave Webinar".

I want to share a video during a webinar. I want participants to hear the sound of the video and not the sound of my microphone. How do I proceed ? Thanks

Hi everyone! Recently I had a zoom webinar and many registered people could not enter. I got various "error messages" from different participants.Some mentioned the host already and another meeting, others they needed a password or a key. I had disables waiting room and I have checked all outgoing and invitation emails had the SAME zoom link. One of my participants was early and satrted the meeting 5 minutes early. I hopped on that link, maybe that was wrong? On the other hand, I had others that had no problem joining. Have you had this before? What would be the best seetings for me to choose if I want to have as little obstacles as possible for my participants to join? Thank you kindlyMaurice Jenkens

Hi, I just held a webinar yesterday and Zoom didn't send out the 1hr before reminder. I had it set and it's always worked in the past.  Anyone else have this issue before? And is there a workaround?

I have been hosting multiple recurring webinars with Zoom (and an integration with Skilljar) for several months using the Simulive webinar type. Starting last week, my Simulive webinars are no longer working. I use the Zoom webinar link to join the webinar, but when I join the video and audio do not play. It is just a blank screen. The chat features work so I know the screen is not frozen. I had several webinar participants tell me they are also not able to see or hear the webinar. The more I test this issue the more it seems to happen. At this point I'm extremely frustrated that my customers are not able to access these webinars. Support has not be helpful so far - has anyone else experienced this issue and if so how were you able to resolve it? 

After creating poll questions in the survey library, how can I add it in a webinar? Can anyone please share the steps?Also, can I delete existing poll questions for a specific webinar but retain these questions in the library for further usage? Currently, it looks like if I delete the poll question, it gets delete from the library itself. 

During the webinar, our system encountered a bug wherein it failed to capture the email addresses of the participants. Compounding this issue, several individuals inadvertently joined the webinar as panelists. In an attempt to rectify this, we urgently adjusted their roles to attendees, unintentionally causing them to exit the call. I've started a weekly group meeting and am wondering how to schedule my survey to pop up at the end of the meeting for participants to fill in... It says go to surveys - survey options - edit - select show in the browser when the meeting ends But this option is not available - I can't find SURVEY OPTIONS to progress any further. Hi there Zoom Community, I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience or luck with using features such as Meeting Summary or Smart Recordings with Zoom Webinars? I am frequently setting up and leading multiple webinars each month for my company, but I don't seem to be having any luck with accessing / implementing some of the AI Companion features inside Zoom webinars (thinking Smart Chapters, Meeting Summary, Meeting Coach, Whiteboard Content Generation, etc.) Any and all insight and assistance would be appreciated!

Can someone provide feedback on a situation I experienced recently, and to know whether this is a known problem with Zoom webinars or perhaps is due to user error on my part or others'.  As a Market Researcher, I was the moderator of a set of 10 Zoom meetings streamed to a backroom via the Webinar function. I was supposed to be on camera, to share my screen, and to have a single participant be on camera as well, with a backroom full of several (8-ish) observers, the clients of the research project, observing but not visible to the participant.  Our company's logistics team had set up the invites, sent them to the clients, participants, and me. Hi, I have added a post atendee url to the branding section of a webinar, however it takes a while to get redirected to the desired website. Is there a way to instandly get redirected to an external website once the user leaves a zoom meeting/webinar.  I have looked into using the survet to do this but you are not able to edit the text in the landing page of the survey before you get redirected.Thanks

Any tips on connecting Zoom Events attendees with the infernal Dynamics 365 CRM system? I don't need to do anything fancy. I just need to tell Dynamics that X people are registered for our webinar series, and that Y people attended Z session within that series. Any help gratefully appreciated. jmancini

We had a list of 300 or so for our first "season" of webirs on the old Zoom Webinars platform. We recently converted to the new Zoom Events platform for our second "season." We uploaded the previous season to the new platform as pre-registered people, but the new platform required the upload template and only the template and thus the new system doesn't have some of our very useful demographic information from season 1 -- job title, organization, phone number, etc. Is there any way to get this information into the new platform other than requiring all the pre-registered people to register all over again. Thank you. jmancini

Hello all, My nonprofit is hosting a series of Zoom webinars.  I've set up and branded (logos, speakers) the registration page; however, I cannot determine how to add an optional Donation button to the registration page (we are not charging for the webinars). I have seen other organizations' registration pages with this feature.  Our PayPal appears to be connected to Zoom via POWR, so far as I can tell, but I see no option anywhere to add a button.  Thanks. 

I need to organize a webinar that start at 1:15 but Zoom only lets me select times such as 1:00 or 1:30 - what can I do? Thank you so much for your help - Marisa

I can't create an additional hub in Zoom Event. I googled and searched in Zoom, but all the answers  I found were outdated.  They brought me to the ‘How to set up additional Hubs’ topic in this link https://www.zoom.com/en/products/event-platform/resources/events-hub-best-practices/ But, my screen in Zoom Events is different from the screen shown in the link above. Please help.
