I have the ability to create webinars on my account.  I've successfully created the webinar with "Authentication" NOT required and only requiring the webinar passcode. When a user goes to https://zoom.us/join, they can enter the Webinar ID and click [Join].Then the "enter password" dialog appears where they enter the Webinar Passcode and click [Join]. But then, despite having set it for NO "Authentication", it still prompts the user for their email address! How do I have it stop prompting for their email address?  NOTE: I have found that the email address isn't validated; it just has to look like an email address.  But it would be preferable -- since NO "authentication" was specified -- that the user not have to enter an email address at all. 

How to I enable attendees to turn on their camera in a webinar breakout room? Attendees can unmute in breakout rooms but I'm not sure how to give them access to share their camera in their breakout rooms. 

I need some clarification on recording break out rooms, I was toldIf the webinar is being cloud recorded, it will only record the main webinar and none of the breakouts will be captured, regardless of what room the webinar host is in. Local recordings are also not supported in webinar breakout rooms.  - -i don't understand this? soo basically breakout rooms cannot be recorded, whether a cohost or host in in the room and even if its recorded on the computer?Also, once participants are in the breakout rooms, do we have to unmute them so they can talk, or can they do it themselves?

How do I change the standard text, when people recieve confirmation? I can change a part of the text, but not the one that says the following:Thank you for registering for [Meeting topic]. You can find information about this webinar below.

I have created a single session (webinar) event using my Zoom Events. It is a free, registered event. I have a list of emails I would like to send a direct event invitation to. I have created an "Event Invite" email which provides a direct link to register. I can click on the email and have the option to "send" , but it sends to no one as I haven't uploaded any emails. How do I add attendees to invite and then send them this email?  

When we try to share a webinar post to LinkedIn, the header image is very zoomed in and you cannot read what the header image says. Is there a certain size that header images should be so it properly fits in a LinkedIn post? Right now we are using the recommended sizing.

Hi all, I am frustrated by the very limited reporting functionality in Zoom. 1) The one-month maximum report duration for filtering webinars is so limited as to be an obstacle. It is random and useless to limit the user to a one-month view of all of the webinars you have set up if you schedule webinars many months in advance. I schedule up to 20 webinars six months in advance and cannot pick from more than one month at a time. Is there ever any hope that this limitation will be removed or increased?  (See image below.) 2) It is also quite frustrating to only be able to search webinars by the webinar ID, and not the title or other keywords related to the webinar. Who has memorized id numbers?  (See image below.) Generally, the reporting functionality seems to have been designed with a case use of a customer who only plans one webinar at a time or very few. Un cliente me esta preguntando si se puede agregar un campo adicional personalizado a esta opcion.  Mil gracias si hay alguien que me pueda decir como se hace o si existe alguna integracion o API que me pueda ayudar con esto.

As host, I ran a practice webinar with the panelists and it worked fine, but I was not able to experience it as an attendee. I specifically wanted to make sure the waiting room video played and wanted to confirm that the host was hidden. When I would send the invite link to an attendee email it would open the Zoom window but it would say the meeting was starting at the official start, days away, and NOT open up to the practice link.

Hi @chunsiong.zoom and the rest of the Zoom support teamI have some doubts regarding the new policy for the access to the Webinar SDK and the requirement of publishing the app and be reviewed. My use case is the following: our company has developed a Windows desktop app and we are integrating the SDK as an extra module of the app for being able to join to a Webinar and share its screen, so the audience can see our UI.Of course, we were doing the auth process, joining the webinar, etc. and it worked well. The problem with our solution with the new policy is that the webinars are created from external Zoom accounts.We have tried publishing and requesting the app review, but it has been rejected. Is this use case allowed under the Zoom SDK policy? How could we solve the review issue? (the reason why Zoom has rejected our first attempt)Thanks in advance!

Another much-needed feature request to share with the community! Some of you may know about a cool little feature in Zoom called 'Simulive'.https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058205 When this feature launched, it merely allowed you to play back a meeting/webinar from your Zoom Cloud repository of recordings. This was cute, but not super useful in our environment, where we frequently need to clean up recordings, make edits, re-arrange Zoom's gawdy layouts where speaker-video overlaps valuable content (another feature request!) etc, before the recordings are ready for distribution. Fairly recently, though, Zoom added the option to Upload Recordings, which permits us to take a fully produced show (edited in Premiere, Avid, etc) and inject this into the Zoom Cloud repo.^^ Hot Dog! The dialog box showing the status/progress of a local Webinar recording is stuck at 99%.  This is being done on a work laptop using a VPN connection to the company network.  The recording is done while on the VPN connection.  But the VPN connection unexpectedly disconnected (losing network connectivity) while the recording was in progress.  The VPN connection has been restored but now it appears that the recording status is stuck at 99%.There is a temp file (video1239184949.mp4.tmp) on my local drive.  But the file is not "viewable" (even if the ".tmp" is removed from the file name). Any suggestions / solutions to getting a workable video file?

Is it possible to allow in our webinar session only people that received the invitatione-mail sent by us using the ZOOM platform, only people that previously gave us their e-mail address? 

Sorry for my English is strange.Please tell me about the case of hosting a Zoom webinar.In my account, the maximum number of connected people is 500.If I co-host with a user who has an add-on that allows up to 1000 connections, will the number of connections be upgraded to 1000?How about if I designate them as alternate hosts instead of co-hosts?

We have a webinar scheduled for next week with hundreds of registrants already logged. The webinar no longer shows on our my webinar dashboard weeks after purchasing it and setting it up. Can anyone help me please? Thank you 

Hi,  When a zoom webinar is set up on the account of the host itself (so not f.e. on my account where I add him/her as a host), do they have a 'host link'?  Going in further with the host link, should I create a Webinar on my own account, where can I find the host link to share?  Thank you!

My webinar didn't record. It gave me just the transcipt but not the video or the audio. Now I can't recover it and Zoom won't helpThey keep sending me to a useless chat bot. Can anyone help? 

Hi,I am using an HDMI ghost monitor. I screen share my full-screen Powerpoint presentation from that monitor which works great so I can have my main monitor not as cluttered by a big 'ole full screen presentation. I have the ghost monitor set to 1920 x 1080.  I am curious: have you noticed any resolution issues (ie, worse resolution) when screen sharing from the ghost monitor? Thanks!

In a recent webinar, we noted 80 attendees in our host/panel. However, when browsing/scrolling through the "Chat" function, there were not 80 people listed there? Any idea why the discrepancy?  Thank you! M

Hi, We currently have a Webinar 500 license tied to a user, but our webinar is now over 1000 registrants and I want to upgrade our Webinar 500 to 3000, but I am not seeing an option to change my current plan. I can purchase a Webinar 3000 but then if I switch out the Webinar licenses would the existing webinar under Webinar 500 be removed when I remove that license??Thanks for the help, our Webinar is Tuesday night 🙂

We're disabling the Q&A functionality and instead would like to use the Chat feature for questions however we only want the questions to come to the "Host and Panelists" instead of "Everyone". Is there a way to lock it to only "Host and Panelists"? Right now attendees are able to toggle between the two but we want to disable that. Thanks!

Hello We have to organise a webinar in which a speaker (external business consultancy) shows a report to attendees. The speaker should be able to be on video and should be able to share material, while the attendees:1) shouldn't be able interact with the speakerand2) shouldn't be able to see who else is connected There will be less than 500 attendees so we can't buy the Zoom Webinars subscription.As an alternative, we are considering to buy the Zoom Session subscription. We have two questions: 1) Does the Zoom Session subscription guarantee the 2 criteria above?and2) Is it possible to buy the Zoom Session subscription just for one month? Thank you for your help!

Is it possible to get the attendees name and the organisations name while they join the meeting. For example, can the attendees name display as Abhishek-Chorus Call in the webinar if the registration fields mention the option.
