I am trying to broadcast a webinar or meeting to a facebook group Live session - so we can have both screen share and my picture..  They have disabled third party app integrations but still take RTMP connection which I set up.  I tried through the livestreaming app and also set up the RTMP on a scheduled webinar.   I am getting this error both ways, any advice?  I have already restarted and reset the connections several times - error failed to connect to zoom services.  Please refresh the app. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these again may solve the problem. If the error persists, contact support.

I have tried to add an alternative host to the upcoming webinar, but I couldn't able to add it shows error like "Unable to assign this user as an alternative host at this time"

Good Day,  I hope this message finds you enjoying your week.  Although, I am using a basic zoom account, a friend has either a zoom pro or business account. They are hosting a gathering in person and on-line. I need to understand the features of what a zoom pro or business account can do as well as what technology they will need, so I can assist with the set up. I tried speaking with someone in sales support and they essentially said because I have a basic account they could not provide me with any assistance or transfer me to technical support. Could someone kindly advise what I would need to do to set up a gathering for both in-person and online (max 150-200 people) ? I am only using an phone camera with a tripod and will only be showing the speakers at the event. For privacy purposes, I would like to be able to block the attendees ability to record the event, and have the attendees online have their speaker volume

I recently did a webinar and recorded it through zoom. I then downloaded the MP4 file and uploaded it to my website. When the file was uploaded it is showing a thumbnail in the middle of the presentation. I cannot figure out how to get the thumbnail to represent the first slide in the presentation. In chatting with zoom support, they told me that it is not possible and that zoom selects a random slide from your presentation to display as the thumbnail. I have a hard time believing this is true. Thanks for any advice anyone can provide.

I am trying to add someone to a Zoom Webinar as a co-host. The webinar has already been set up and participants are signed up so I am editing the event. I cannot figure out why it won't allow me to add another co-host. Do they need to be added onto my account in some way? I would appreciate any sort of insights!

Why did they disable live stream to a FB group?    Super frustrating, since we have been using this feature, paying for it for over 3 years!!

I am unable to get my zoom webinar to stream to my Facebook business page. I am only offered my personal page as an option. Almost everytime I try to edit a Zoom Event email, I get an error. Either a "Scheduling Error" or some other error. To fix this I have to "Reset" the email, but sometimes that doesnt even work.. I have a lot of email experience, but I've never seen an editor more buggy/finicky. Pulling my hair out. I can't be alone.

A webinar shows 21 registrants. I upload a 22nd from a CSV, but receive an "existing registrant ignored" message. Yet when I check all 3 pages of registrants, they do not appear anywhere on the list and the count remains 21. Has anyone else experienced this? Are they actually registered even though they do not appear on the list? When I upload a CSV of all 22 registrants to a new webinar, all 22 appear. So it is not that this user is banned by Zoom or the like.

Hello, We use the Webinar 1000 people package, with the webinars regularly attracting approx 600-700 live viewers. What would happen if more than 1000 people tried to register for a Webinar? Would Zoom allow them to even register? And, if so, would people then be allowed to log onto the webinar on a first-come-first-served basis with the rest unallowed to watch?Essentially, we are trying to gauge when we should increase our webinar package but are unsure how many people are registering for the webinars, versus actually attending.Many thanks!

As of 4/15, the release notes said that"Hosts can access detailed analytics reports for Video On Demand (VOD) channels. For authenticated viewers where an email address is collected, the report will show unique viewers by month and attach associated content views and engagement. For anonymous sessions where no email address is collected, the report will show viewer sessions by day along with associated content and engagement. These analytics provide increased visibility into both identifiable and anonymous Video On Demand viewers to help hosts understand overall platform usage and engagement." The analytics tab of my Video Channel does not show the custom registration questions or anything related to Month/time period. Is this happening for anyone else? 

Hello I am hoping that someone can help me.  I need to change the registration questions for webinars - I have chosen the additional questions I want and then  saved all.  I then tested it but the new questions were not there.  When I went back to the admin section the new questions I had ticked were no longer ticked.  It's as if I cant get them to save. Has anyone else experienced this and if so did you manage to fix? Many thanksKirsty   

I was wondering if anyone has had to create email reminders that are unique for each session of a multi-day event?  the email reminders are setup for the whole event, but I want to customize the email reminders for specific sessions so that the email reminder is relevant to that specific event.

I (thought) I had set up  the follow up email after the webinar but it appears nothing has been sent.1) How do I confirm whether or not the email was sentThank you

Hi.We need some urgent help regarding a cloud recording the output layout is not as required. There is a class which is a zoom webinar where the teacher is the host and is the presenter as well. After following the settings specified under Cloud recording layouts and Video layout being Active speaker, the teacher video is embedded in the shared screen space only in the recording and not displayed outside the shared screen portion on the top-right corner.  Kindly requesting someone to throw some light regarding the same.  Attached the existing settings that we have and also the existing out and how we want the output to be. Thanks and Regards,K. I trust you are doing ok. I would like to hear from the community regarding the notifications that are sent by email from Zoom to the hosts of webinars. When an attendee registers to attend a webinar, the host receives an email notification of that registration. When a registered attendee cancels that registration, the host does not receive any kind of notification. Question #1: does anyone have the same experience? Question #": does anyone know how to enable this specific notification?  Keen to hear back from the communityThanks for your help

Hello, I want to create a Zoom webinar with required registration but I want to be able to also have the direct to join Zoom link (without registration) for certain people to bypass the registration page. I also want to be able to have that Zoom link, without registration, for people who registered but lost the link they received after they registered.Is this possible? thank you!

We require certain fields when registering for our webinars (e.g., country, state, school, title). But when we disseminate a non-anonymous, post-webinar satisfactory survey, the survey results don't provide those fields along with the person's name and email. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello,Is there any way to customize how the webinar follow up emails look? The ones that are send out after a webinar is over?  

In the instructions for launching a poll here, it states that when you launch a poll in the Zoom webinar, you can click the ellipsis icon in order to optionally allow panelists to vote in polls. In a recent Zoom update, this option has seemed to have disappeared. I can't find the option to allow panelists to vote in polls in Zoom webinars anymore. Does this option still exist, and if so, where can I find it?

Is there any way to modify the 'My Webinars' screen to show the number of registered people for each webinar? Otherwise, I have to open the webinar, and scroll down to the bottom to see if someone registered. I know that I can bring up a report and get the information also, but both of these are very time consuming. By just going to the 'My Webinars' screen, it could show me if there are any registrations for an event. That way I wouldn't have to start a webinar if no one registered.

I have set up a Zoom webinar and have some custom questions to be answered like what country they reside in and their WhatsApp number.  When I download the registration, the file only shows their name and email address.  How can I collect the other information on each participant?
